Took longer than a local delivery but the product is spot on & for the price, a couple of extra days is more than acceptable

Was concerned it was 'too good to be true' (Samsung Ultra watch at about half the local price), but it was legit. Good comms, item had UAE stickers (I had thought it was locally sourced) but it didn't matter - genuine product in security sealed packaging. Very pleased :)

Ordered Samsung S24+ phone, delivered from Aussie within a week. I ordered the pristine... i would not say pristine at there was damage to the bottom corner but not noticable at all with the case on... other than that it was pristine. Goes well. I am very happy with the phone for the price. I would order off them again.

The phone came as described and works perfectly. It was boxed well and arrived in perfect condition. It was definitely a new phone and not a refurbished one. Price was exceptional and the delivery took approx 9 business days from Hong Kong to Australia . I would look to purchase again from this business.

There was some early issues with the transport company not updating my delivery but I contacted the team at Becextech and they got that sorted within a day. Always had a response within a few hours at most. Product arrived when expected and works great. Thanks team.

Firstly and most importantly was the price. I'd shopped around quite a bit and done a lot of research and when I found such a great price it was a no brainer. Also read reviews on your company and was happy with what I read. Was slightly concerned while watching my purchase being shipped around thru Asia, but it got here in good time ( not great time) but good. Happy to use this company again if required.

I purchased a brand new Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra from BecexTech Australia through Kogan Marketplace in February 2026. Unfortunately, the watch stopped functioning after less than two months of normal use.
I followed the warranty process and sent the device for assessment. I was subsequently advised that the watch was not repairable. Since then, obtaining a clear and timely resolution has been a frustrating experience. Communication has been slow, and I have had to repeatedly follow up for updates regarding a replacement or refund.
When a premium product fails within such a short period, customers reasonably expect a straightforward and prompt resolution. Instead, the process has involved significant delays and uncertainty.
While I appreciate that assessments and warranty claims can take time, the overall experience has been disappointing. Based on my experience, I would encourage potential buyers to carefully consider the level of after-sales support available should a product develop a fault.
I hope BecexTech Australia improves its warranty handling and customer support processes to provide a better experience for future customers.

What remains difficult to understand is how a brand-new Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra could develop a battery charging failure within less than two months of normal use. The watch was used as intended, had not been damaged, and was later deemed non-repairable during assessment. Ordering was easy and delivery quick. My only complaint is that the delivery driver never called to say he was here. I live in a gated community and I guess he saw the closed gate and just left, I live about 30 second walk from the gate.

The mobile price on BecexTech is very appealing compared to the other online mobile retailers. The delivery was fast and the communication from Customer Services was very prompt to resolve the discount code issue during my purchase. The Oppo handset was delivered in a well packed carton and the quality of the mobile was great after my use of one week now. No issues at all for the use of international version in Australia. Well recommended to others!

I pay extra $25 for the option of case+screen protector when bought OnePlus15 expecting I will receive it separately. I only received the phone in a box and a separate adaptor. The Box already include a case and pre applied screen protector. So even if I don't pay the $25 option I will still receive the phone with case and pre applied screen protector. I feel scammed. The Phone is China version but works perfectly in Australia and it's already on OxygenOS. It would be nice if they can mention in website if its global or china version. It took almost 3 weeks to arrived but thats expected coming from hongkong.

The Samsung S24+ was delivered quickly and in very good condition. What was not good was the total lack of after payment contact. I did not know when it was arriving or who was delivering it. Also the account I signed up for on your website did not supply me with any information. It simply failed to recognise my confirmed sign in details. So good phone but 0 out of 10 for customer service.
