Professional and freindly technician
We were horrified to find a Bed Bug after a trip to America. The technician who came was knowledgeable and so reassuring.

Does what it says on the tin
Called BedBugsGone looking for a solution to a plague of bedbugs that had gotten into my house. The guy on the phone gave me full confidence that these guys knew what they were doing. Booked a heat treatment and the 2 specialists arrived at 8am the next day. The team were knowledgable and put my wife at ease before they treated. That was 2 weeks ago and I am bug free but it's good to know I've got a 3 momth guarantee if the little devils do reappear.

Had a persistant bedbug problem and went for a heat treatment to finally eradicate the issue. Was a bit costly but well worth the extra money paid. They came the next day and after the treatment was done so was my problem. Would highly recommend.
