Called late Sunday afternoon. Wasps' nest was dealt with in a quick and efficient manner the next day.

They did a very good job and dealt with the nest very effectively.

The bees in the wall of my house were inaccessible without demolishing the wall.
Unfortunately the first attempt to eradicate them was on a cloudy and damp afternoon when not many were visible. On the second attempt on a warm day the pest control expert sprayed two different products which resulted in the queen bee leaving the nest and all bees were gone after about 36 hours.

Booking the appointment was easy. A time slot was given between 8 -12 as no one had arrived by 12.30 I rang to see if there had been a problem. I was advised it would be 2.00pm, the guy arrived at 2.30. Surely it wasn't beyond their wit to ring me much earlier in the day as they knew there would be a delay. I hung around for ages. Because of this experience I will probably look for alternative companies if I have a wasp nest in the future.

When I rang on Sunday afternoon to get a quote to come and kill and remove our Hornets nest from a tree in our garden the lady was extremely efficient and professional and I was very happy that I chose this company. Unfortunately the next day when a young man turned up in a unmarked white van who didn't seem to have a clue what he was doing I was a bit nervous. He said it would only take a minute to sort out the nest and he would be on his way. When I said about removal of the nest after killing the hornets he didn't know he had to do that and rang someone who told him to come back in a week. He then preceded to get a large spray canister from his van and climbed my stepladder without any protection against stings or masks or gloves and sprayed some chemical powder in to the nest of which a large amount went over him. He then said the job was done and left. I have since removed the nest from the tree myself so my children can play in the garden again but annoyed that I paid some con artist £178 for a 1 minute job

Good result, quick and clean extermination of difficult wasps' nest. Pretty pricey, and first appointment fell through because of admin error, but great result. Thanks

good professional service from start to finish

Paid £298 for 1 visit, the problem was solved next door when they got a company in and found house riddled with mice. Phoned this company and asked re the exorbitant charge but got no satisfaction. would not recommend to anyone, complete rip off merchants.

On the whole I was pleased with this service although it is pricey & I could only afford one visit. Terry was very pleasant & informative & did a thorough job of laying traps & poison which has worked up to now as we haven't seen another mouse. We have carried out all the extra precautions he advised us to do.

I don't feel the problem is being solved by a long shot. Potential inlets have not been blocked up and further rodents have been seen in our property and we have to wait another four days for a follow up visit.

I initially gave a 1 star review on Google after receiving terrible service, at which point was sought after by the manager who pretended that his intentions were to rectify the problem, but after dealing with him, it actually worsened my opinion of the company. His efforts to regain my faith in the business and amend their error was so p*ss poor and lack lustre, it was incredible. It's been 6 weeks and I'm still awaiting my 3 visit from the technician. After my 3rd attempt at trying to achieve something so simple (aka. booking a visit) proved to be darn near impossible, at this point I just totally regret going with this company.
