I was very impressed with the advice I got before deciding to buy the bed. And then when I bought the bed I was also impressed by the quality of the bed frame, mattress and head board itself. We were so pleased with the first purchase (a European King size bed and mattress) we bough a second (a double Ottoman). Having the range of sizes to choose from was fantastic. Recommend.

Got a bed delivered before Christmas drawer was cracked promised to send a new one, now there ignoring me, headboard holes are too big to hold. Avoid

I needed a replacement base as well as a new mattress. Carl's advice was clear, he made it seem simple and, in the event, it was. The mattress is great too even though it wasn't the most expensive available. I'd definitely use BedGuru again.

Minor niggles, such as the lining material under the bed is very cheap and was torn away from the staples in several places. When clipped together the two halves of the bed did not line up at the sides. Most annoying, the fact that one of the holes for the feet needed drilling out.

First class advice from Carl and design of a bespoke base and mattress followed by timely manufacture and dispatch.

Excellent customer service. The beds look great. If your hallway or stairs are tight of space, you can order the base in halves or quarters.

When I realised I needed a non standard size bed, I thought I would have a problem, until I contacted Bed Guru Ltd. We ordered custom made twin beds, mattresses. and headboards. My wife suffers with MS and her bed needed to be specially reinforced to allow a grab-rail to be screwed to the base. Also the combined height of the divan base and mattress had to be a specific value.
Carl's initial phone conversation, and subsequent prompt replies to our emailed queries, made the whole process very easy. Swatches of material so we could pick the colour we wanted also arrived the next day. Very happy with the Customer Service. Only minor issue was the outsourced delivery company who managed to mislay one of our mattresses in their warehouse. Email to Carl fixed this quickly and everything arrived intact.
Would recommend, and use, Bedguru again.

Great service, great bed. We got a shorter king-size ottoman with a premium pillow top mattress. It's great. Well made, comfortable yet supportive, no chemical smells, looks good, no faults to mention at all. Team that came to build the bed did a good job. Communications good. We're really happy with the product and the service received.

the divan base was covered in a coloured material which I chose the colour from swatches thy sent to me so did not need a valance. New bed delivered on the date I chose. New bed Assembled and set up for me mattress placed on top of new divan. Old double mattress and bed taken away .all packaging taken away. Brilliant company

Excellent quality beds and matresses. Solid wood, very sturdy frames. Well worth the extra over inferior products. We use these beds in a B and B and they are definitely contract quality.

These guys made our new 7'3" bed and its been a 5 star service throughout. I've waited a month to leave a review so we could sleep on it first, and it is incredibly comfortable and supportive. From the initial phone call, to the delivery, to the build quality, everything has been spot on. And its arrived way quicker than quoted. Thank you guys!

We had a new bed base made for an antique bed, really fast delivery, great advice and the base fits perfectly. It was made in two halves which made it so easy to take up the narrow stairs and lighter. Delivery staff were very pleasant and took the base into the bedroom for us.

We contacted Bedguru as we needed a bespoke low-level bed making and we’re struggling to find somewhere.

Carl and his team were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble going through various options with us and advising us along the way, sending out colour and fabric samples etc.

They advised 2 weeks to make the bed and it actually came sooner than that. Delivery was faultless, the bed sufficiently wrapped and protected.

Really cannot fault this company in anyway, they are simply 1st class and clearly know what they are doing, how to deal with people and keep customers happy.

We love our new shorty king size bed, so comfortable. Would definitely recommend The Bedguru 👍

I needed a slatted bed frame with tall legs for my plastic bins to go under it, and it's very hard to find one that doesn't have legs blocking the sides. I finally found Bedguru and bought the adjustable platform frame. I asked for the headboard fitting to be attached as well. It came very quickly, before Christmas and that wasn't even promised, so I was very happy. Lovely coloured stain, all screws fitted perfectly, and my headboard is solid. Carl was really lovely to talk to and answered my questions.

Amazing company from start to finish. They helped me measure the area where the custom bed needed to go, including taking off the radior and skirting measurement which I wouldn’t have known. They helped me choose everything for the bed. The bed was then made and delivered within two weeks or so and the company kept in contact with me the whole way through. I would give them 10/10 and will be back when I need to purchase the next bed. Thank you once again Lisa Barrett

Everyone was really helpful. From coming round in person to measure up, giving advice on mattress types and following up to make sure we were ready for the delivery. Our new bed is very comfortable and cosy. So glad we shopped local with Bed Guru.
