Very happy with the bed, mattress and headboard. We ordered a custom size and it's just what we wanted. We needed to postpone the delivery because we weren't ready for it but that wasn't a problem. Very happy with the product and service.

Really disappointed with mattress. Says medium soft but is so hard. Also far too high. Bought for grandson but he won't be able to use it. Just wish I'd noticed the non return policy
Reply doesn't really answer this. The mattress was as requested but in no way can this be described as medium soft.Alsp don't remember being asked about thickness

Be aware they do not accept returns for pillows and most of the items.
Our 'soft' 100% Hungarian goose pillow is so soft that deflates to 1-2 cm when you lay on it and feels like nothing. There is nothing in the description about what soft means. £185 for 400g of down in the cotton case - I am very disappointed.

From start to finish, the experience was excellent.
The website was easy to use to order a custom-sized bed and mattress.

I bought a bed frame with the wrong leg's length, partly my fault. Having read some of the reviews I was a bit nervous and didn't expect much, but I wrote to them about the inconvenience of having a very tall bed. They immediately agreed to send me a different set of legs, of the right length, which arrived a few days later.

Scouring the web, Bed Guru stood out like a beacon, flaunting top-notch Trustpilot reviews and a strong Northern vibe. As a Derby native with an ear tuned to Northern straight-talk, it felt kismet. With over 17 years in User Experience under my belt, I've developed a keen nose for those who truly ace the customer experience game. Hats off to BedGuru, they're smashing it out of the park!

Ordering? A breeze. But the post-order call? Pure gold! A genuine Yorkshire accent on the other end just ensuring I'd ticked the right boxes. This personal nudge in our tech-driven age? Priceless.

Yet, the clock ticked on, turning the anticipation to mild jitters.

But here comes the plot twist. Enter Carl, the dynamo behind Bed Guru. Chatting with him felt like sharing a joke with a mate. He offered a full refund because of the delay – a move as grand as it was unexpected. But our natter had built trust, and I chose to stick around.

The bed and mattress, when they arrived, were worth the wait. A hiccup did pop up with Furdeco’s delivery. But trusty Carl, ever the champ, tackled it head-on, even knocking off that £29-ish fee for the whole delivery and setup shebang.

All in all, my Bed Guru adventure was a bit of a rollercoaster. Yet with Carl steering the ship, even the wobbly bits felt like part of the thrill. Businesses, take note! This Yorkshireman’s got the magic touch when it comes to customers. And Carl, if you ever find yourself in Derby, there’s a pint of our finest ale with your name on it. But, if you're cheering for "Dirty Leeds", we might have to stick to trading Brian Clough stories... :)

BedGuru Is a company that you can trust when you make a commitment to purchase big items. Its not just the purchase of the idems the whole process involved delivery, assembly, packaging- Bed Gury are very responsible, always readily available and will ulmately make sure you are happy with your purchase.

This is a really excellent company. Their service is very personal - from the moment you make an order, they phone you to ensure you're getting what you want (and need - they checked with me about whether we needed casters or gliders, which was much appreciated) and the service is so friendly and personable. They kept in close touch, the order was delivered on time, was well-packed and a great product. I really do recommend them!

5 stars without a doubt. Bed + its delivery were amazing and fast, the communication top notch. Small hick-up when the courier did not deliver the bed linen we ordered, however, this had nothing to do with Bedguru and yet Carl and his team handled this very professionally and generously. We were blown away by their service. Thanks again.

We contacted Bedguru for help when we moved into a new house and the sprung base for our iron bed wouldn't fit up the staircase. Carl was very helpful and patient and he quickly determined what sort of base we needed. They produced a custom base for us within three weeks or so, and it fit the bed perfectly. The delivery was smooth (Epic Logistics) and they carried the base directly to the bedroom. We are absolutely delighted to have our bed back and would use Bedguru again without hesitation

From point of purchase to delivery, there isn't anything we can fault about Bedguru. Order was simple and sample fabrics were sent out to try. We wanted a bespoke size and we found it with Bedguru for a great price including headboard and a super comfy mattress. Communication was excellent. Delivery driver also phoned to say how long he'd be. Delivery included removal of packaging and build of the bed. Just brilliant. We will be using Bedguru again for our next mattress purchase without question. We are self confessed mega fussy people who like to get good value for money and good customer service and we got just that and more than expected! Highly recommended!

Wow. An amazing company! I ordered a single bed for myself but, after checking, realised I had the measurements wrong. Phoned up to change the order, expecting hassle. They were brilliant, just calmly amended my order. It took a few weeks to arrive, as they said, and was SO EASY to assemble. Took me half an hour. SOLID construction, excellent material, easy to follow instructions. Will definitely use Bed guru again. Highly recommended. Don't hesitate, make your order!

The orthopaedic mattresses are excellent quality and long-lasting - a very good investment to make. There is also a handy mattress removal service. They call up before delivery to double check details of the order and customer service is very good throughout. Very satisfied customer!

An excellent service as always. The advice given for a suitable mattress was very helpful, I had a great first nights sleep on it. The new bed was easy to assemble and came with instructions, Carl also advised on how to look online if we had any difficulties in constructing. The mattress delivery came on time, and I had two messages letting me know they would arrive within the hour and also to find the house which can be difficult. Carl also offered to help lift the packages upstairs, but we were ok doing it. I would happily recommend them to anyone I know and will of course use them again. Thank you. Jane Burrows.

Terrible experience with this company, bought a bed from them in which they did not include any instructions on how to assemble I had to ring multiple people just for basic instructions!
Bed also arrived damaged, one of the draws bottoms was broken on arrival, which I did notify them about but heard nothing back.
Contacting them is difficult and the delivery company they use were awful, very filthy van that it came in with the delivery guys hands covered in dirt which they didn't wash, they didn't wear a face mask when entering my house and they were impolite when speaking to me.
Would not recommend buying from them, I am not happy with the quality of my bed and it was not worth the large amount I spent on it.

I think Carl must write a lot of these reviews himself. That's all I've got to say, really
