Great value for money in today's economy, after purchasing, I was sent numerous emails updating me on the status of my pc build. They didn't have one of the components I ordered in stock, so they gave me a stronger component instead! I couldn't recommend them enough

My experience with Bedrock has been quite intense. It was a PC for my son that got broken twice. However, each time the team provided support and fixed and even upgraded the broken equipment. I can't give 5 stars just because it did happen twice. Otherwise - well done!

We got off to a rocky start with the…
We got off to a rocky start with the first computer arriving broken. That was returned. The problem was a combination of poor assembly, poor packaging and couriers who repeatedly could not find our house (not the first time). This was finally replaced with an upgraded (not paid for by me), personally assembled desktop, which arrived by a better, more reliable courier in better packaging. Bedrock refused to give in until I got what I wanted / needed / paid for and I was happy. Incredibly frustrating at the time, but the outcome was satisfactory and nearly 12 months on from the date of ordering everything works just fine. I would come back again.

Fantastic PC and genuinely excellent customer service
I bought my first proper desktop gaming PC from Bedrock and couldn't be happier with either the system or the service I received.
Flynn was absolutely brilliant throughout the process. Before ordering I had a few specific requirements and questions about the configuration, and he took the time to talk me through the different options rather than simply trying to upsell me. He was incredibly helpful, responsive and flexible, and made the whole process of choosing the right system much easier.
The PC itself has been fantastic. The difference compared with my old gaming laptop is enormous and I've been really impressed with the performance so far. Everything was set up well and, after a small issue caused during delivery, Charlie was also extremely helpful in making sure everything was working as it should.
What particularly impressed me was the level of personal service. It never felt like I was just an order number, and Flynn even followed up afterwards to check that I was happy with the PC and that everything was running properly.
I'd happily recommend Bedrock to anyone looking for a gaming PC, particularly if you're not completely sure what configuration you need and value being able to speak to someone who actually knows what they're talking about.
