To be honest, I wasn't that au fait with windows machines so was flying in the dark, but with a bit of help from AI about specs, I stumbled across these folks and they were a) the best spec, b) the best price and c) the best customer service. Good office pc at an excellent price
Good office pc at an excellent price, slight problem on collection, wasn't ready so went away had a coffee and when I went back they had given me a small upgrade for the trouble.

These have been brilliant.
These have been brilliant.
After a tricky situation, customer service was great and the initial dillema resolved.
The PC has had 2 minor issues, once this was repaired fully at their expense, the second time this was rectified by amazing instructions via email.
They always get back to me straight away. The PC has now been faultless for 3 months.

Replacement PC arrived with used parts
Replacement PC arrived with used parts
We ordered an Opal gaming computer from Bedrock Computers for approximately £1,000. When it arrived, we discovered that the graphics card, memory, PSU and case were all different from the components we had ordered.
To their credit, the owner called to apologise, explained what had happened and promised to put things right, including a small graphics-card upgrade as compensation.
However, the replacement computer finally arrived today—one month after our original order—and shockingly, it contains a clearly well-used, second-hand graphics card. There are also screws missing from the PSU, and it was supplied with a used power cable carrying a PAT-test label dated 2021.
After waiting a month and giving the company the opportunity to correct its original mistakes, receiving a replacement computer in this condition is completely unacceptable. What should have been a straightforward purchase has become an absolute joke. I have completely lost confidence in Bedrock Computers and could not recommend them based on this experience.
It appears their business model is to send either different spec or second hand parts.

We are genuinely sorry to you and your son for the frustration and disappointment caused, particularly after you had already waited so long for the replacement computer. This is not the experience we wanted either of you to have.
The graphics card fitted to the replacement PC is a significantly more powerful model than the one originally ordered and was provided as a complimentary upgrade. Although the card is not new, it remains fully covered by your Bedrock warranty, and we will support you should anything go wrong with it.
Regarding the power cable, you were asked to retain the brand-new cable supplied with the original computer for use with the replacement. The older PAT-tested cable should not have been included, and we apologise for the confusion and the poor impression this created. We will also address the missing PSU screws with our production team.
Sometimes mistakes occur, but we fully accept that a series of problems—especially with the same order—can seriously damage a customer’s confidence. We hope the significantly upgraded PC performs well for your son and demonstrates that these mistakes are not representative of our business as a whole.
We remain here to support you and will put right any genuine issue you experience with the computer.

Bought a high end gaming PC from these guys back in June and everything was absolutely spot on. They even went ahead and upgraded my case for me to better suit the airflow which they didn’t have to do but that’s what these guys are about! I’d definitely buy from these again and I’d recommend them if you’re looking for a trusted retailer.

Straight forward and streamlined checkout with multiple lenient payment options. Missing components from the specified build were replaced with parts that were better than the initial ones. Don't try to buy PC on there
Don't try to buy PC on there,
They try to put lower hardware to my PC, ( I bought GTx 1050, but they put GTx 745 on it) I was said no, they ignored and still delivery to me, then I try to ask return and refund, they won't reply anything, lucky I ask PayPal to claim back my money but it been taken almost one month to get my money back,
