Disaster

Disaster. One star as I managed to get a refund. I think they will be rebranded. The lesson here is don't promise what you can't deliver, and don't lead the customer 'up the garden path'. Please use another company.

Non-existent after sales service. I have telephoned, held on for an hour, emailed.. never any response. I am now stuck with an awful piece of furniture. Their no quibble return is a lie. There is no return.

Stay away from this company

I ordered a bed and mattress from this company. It didn’t turn up on the day I ordered it for. Trying to contact this company is Impossible. Wouldn’t recommend. Surprised that dunelm has invested in such a shamblic company. Won’t be using there shops either.

Rip off merchants do not order from this company !! - no after care/customer service for faults

Ordered a bed to be delivered on 26th Oct and received a text at 15:29 to say it would not be delivered but the deport would be in touch. It was sent out Friday without a phone call (when no-one would be at home). This I now realise was just the start ......
When putting the bed together there was a huge crack across the supporting beam and the paint look like it is running down the other side panel. The company customer service is closed Saturday PM and Sundays so had to call Monday. Spent the whole day calling Monday but the line said they were having technical issues and could not answer the phone. Also sent an email which said they would be in touch within 72 hours ...I have been trying ever since and have so far clocked up over 75 minutes in phone calls on hold.
So frustrating, if I could I would throw the darn thing out the window.
Am now looking to escalate and report this company, they cannot be allowed to get away with this.

So ordered a bed to be delivered today 31/10/2017. Got a message saying bed will be delievered but then got a message this morning saying sorry it won't be here. Have emailed and phoned up so many times to find out when or if it will turn up. To no avail waiting on hold for an hour or 40 mins each time. Like most people wished I read the reviews first on here

Need my refund back

I bought bunk bed, mattress and a trundle in the beginning of September and they had a very good customer service as I didn’t had wait long on phone to speak to one of them. Quality of bed and mattress is very good, no doubt about it. Trundle was not fitting under bed hence had to return. They picked it as per schedule in mid September. Here comes the tricky part - I have not received my refund. Been trying to call customer service every other day, am very disappointed as am on line for almost 40mins every day but Calls not answered. Have emailed the team and again no reply from them. I need my money back! For Gods sake refund back my money, it’s not fair I’m on phone waiting for someone to answer!

NOT IMPRESSED!!!! Ordered my daughter's new bed and mattress on Friday morning. Paid £30 for next day delivery as work full time and needed weekend delivery. Waited in all day Saturday and they did not arrive. Tried to ring on several occasions but was on hold more than 30 minutes each time so unable to speak to anybody so sent an email. Waited in all day sunday....still no bed!!! Received reply to email on Monday morning saying they have contacted the supplier and will get back to us with expected date of delivery. Why give people the option of next day delivery if they know it may not be possible?? But they are cheeky enough to take the £30 for this service. It's ridiculous!!! And now have to go to work with no idea when delivery will be made but nobody will be in to take the delivery and cannot get in touch to discuss this. NOT HAPPY!!!!

Don't buy from Bedroomworld

Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering from them. Problems over delivery date so had to call them twice to resolve - on hold 30-40 mins each time. Finally got bed and just opened box to see back rest split through so totally unusable. Terrible quality. God knows how much of a hassle will now be to get a replacement. Now off to buy inflatable bed for imminent house guest

Oh NO wish I had not ordered bed from here, wish I had read the reviews first, because they are true, bed was suppose to be delivered today and they cancelled by txt half way through the day, can't get them on the phone I just want my money back now, I am now a student sleeping on the floor
I think maybe this company is scam place.

DO YOU DO MINUS STARS!!!!!!!

I ordered my bed and mattress over 4 weeks ago. It was die to be delivered on the 2nd October. That day I waited in all day, but only the mattress was delivered. After an hours phone call waiting for them to answer they arranged for delivery the following day. (Another day off). It actually arrived. But with 5 broken and cracked boards. We called the company as the fault link was not working. (This is how you should report the fault) a lovely chap called Ryan Tofts answered the phone after a forty minute wait and tried his best to sort, emailing us so would could email the pictures. We were advised that due circumstances (my recent complicated surgeries, which includes staples, stitches, and more) they did not want to leave me on the floor so would ensure the parts would be delivered that Thursday. (A3rd day off) as we had no email by the Thursday we called again!! We were then informed we would be waiting for 2-3 weeks. This leaves me sleeping on the floor for an undetermined amount of time!! Oh and don't forget we now need a 4th day of for the next advised delivery. We have since chased again and have now been advised that delivery will be the 12th. What's the chances of it arriving or even better arriving in tact!!!
If this doesn't arrive we will be cancelling.
VERY UNHAPPY AND IN SERVERE PAIN!!! IHOPE YOU ARE PROUD OF YOURSELVES.
Also now wondering whether you only employ one customer services person. I actually feel sorry for poor Ryan !!!!
Oh and just had another new message , they are unable to deliver on Thursday but they will be in touch when they can!! Fuming is an understatement as we were messaged after their lines were closed. On purpose me thinks!!

I ordered a bed for next day delivery (Tuesday) but after waiting in all day, I phoned to see when my bed was being delivered however, I was informed it wasnt actually out for delivery and will be delivered tomorrow (Wednesday). Again, I waited in on Wednesday and shock horror... STILL NO BED!! Again, I had to phone THEM to ask about the bed and was again informed it was not out of delivery and will be delivered on Thursday. (Thanks for informing me!!!!). Bed finally arrives on Thursday morning. When putting the bed together, the metal screw holder inside the bed snaps off and gets stuck on the screw of the leg so I was unable to put the legs on the bed.

Terrible company! You have to wait at least half an hour to actually speak to an advisor. They never stick to their promised delivery times and the quality of the products is abissmal. I am shocked this company has not been shut down. I have requested a refund!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!! Unless you want to waste your time & money!!!!!!

Never use this company

They are only getting one star because the system doesn't allow me to give zero or even minus stars. We ordered a bed due to be delivered on Monday, it wasn't, no information, explanation or apology. Actually spoke to customer services on Tuesday after a long wait which seems to be better than most people manage. The bed was promised for Wednesday without fail - needless to say it didn't show up. Now we can't get through to them at all and have no idea if or when the bed will be delivered.
Update - the company have now confirmed that despite the status showing as "awaiting dispatch" the truth is that they haven't even ordered it from the supplier and can't say even if the bed is available let lone when. We have cancelled the order and have been promised a refund - we will see.

Terrible company

Terrible company! Ordered a bed for delivery on the 27th. 4.10pm after waiting home all day I get a text msg saying be delivered on the 28th!
28th comes (today) and I watch the delivery van pull up and wander down the street, knock on a door 5 houses away then leave again!!!
Maybe the delivery driver when he saw me thought I was standing on doorstep for benefit of my own health.
I tried to call and was in a que for 30 mins, no answer and gave up.
I've emailed and had NO response.
I've now requested a refund and told them to cancel my orders.
Do not order anything from any part of this company unless you really enjoy wasting your time and your money.

Never again

Never again. Order was due on 27.9.17. Now got told 2.9.17. So now canceled my order.
False advertisment for next day. Will never shop here again. Now got to wait 5 days to get my £900 back. Trust me dont buy nothing of them. It needs shutting down.

Poor Delivery

Poor communication. Did not receive my order on my expected day and I recieved my bed frame and mattress separate even though I had been told I would receive them on the same day. I was told this was because they were delivered by 2 seperate couriers however not much was done by the company to resolve it. I was told my mattress would be 3-5 days after my delivery day however I recieved it 2 days after. I was told I would receive my bed frame on th delivery day however I recieved it 5 days after. Nobody really knew where any of my order was. Although Ryan Toft at customer service tried his best to resolve the issue he was having to pick up the pieces left by the company.

AVOID!

They are a disgrace! I cannot believe that a company can behave like this!
No replies to my emails, nothing, from the start the support I have received has been outrageous!!!
The Bed frame was delivered damaged, the replacement took over 2 weeks to come in (me and my wife were sleeping on the floor for 2 weeks!), then they did not deliver part of the order (2 pillows), and then on top of all the problems, they sold me a Bundle (bed frame + mattress) which are not suitable to use together.
After 1 month the bed has broken because the mattress (14cm thickness) is not thick enough for this frame and the bed support does not hold!
I asked them to at least return the mattress (I had to buy a new £200 mattress from a reliable company) and now the bed frame is also worthless!!! Now I am looking for a new bed frame too!!! Basically I was ripped off £250 ...
I will start a chargeback with my debit card provider as this is literally stealing money from people. As a consumer I feel totally deceived, I paid £250 for a product that is not suitable and has broken after 1 month!!!
Additionally to the chargeback with my bank, if I am not responded to appropriately I will take the necessary action, not only to retrieve my money, but to also report you to Trading Standards and watchdog!

Oh dear

Oh dear. Bed arrived on the day. Mattress arrived three days later. Day five - still no pillows.

And trying to get through to customer services? Understaffed, company clearly with problems.

Awful

If you do manage to get something delivered from Bedroomworld, they unfortunately use amateur delivery drivers - one of the men had a Recruitment Agency jacket on, which I wouldn't mind at all, but they clearly had no training/experience as they damaged my walls, carpets, and door frames pathetically trying to lug it up the stairs. Now I have the joy of trying to return this, as it is damaged... This is the kind of company that quite frankly should be forced to close down
