Been Waiting Since January!!
I placed an order with MASS TAPESTRY back in December. I still have not received any products I ordered. Received a lot of emails from Monica, Brandon, Amanda,and a slew of other names.
This is the typical response I kept receiving:

Your order is being prepared for shipment and you should receive confirmation soon.
As you may know, most of our products ship within 4 weeks via priority mail with a tracking number. Delivery may take up to 5 weeks from the date you placed your order. That being said we apologize for any inconvenience long shipping times may cause you.
Our closeout sale has brought in more orders than we ever expected. Our fulfillment center has gotten a little behind, but we have made adjustments to our team so that we can facilitate all of these orders. However, we are quickly catching up on fulfillment and expect your order to ship soon.
I apologize your order is still awaiting shipment. As soon as your order ships we will send you the tracking information.

I have requested a full refund several times, no response (surprise surprise). Now I am out 60 plus dollars. Life lesson learned.
