I booked a hotel in Hawaii for 5 nights and paid in full. Bedsonline confirmed my room in the Rainbow Kai Ocean View tower. A week ago, I received a notification from my travel agent that due to a Bedsonline error in their system mapping, they couldn't give me that room and instead wanted to give me a lower category room. I've been negotiating with them for a week now, but they refuse to give me what I paid for in full, even though they confirmed it.
The hotel has availability at the Rainbow Tower, but Bedsonline simply refuses to honor what they sold me. They won't take responsibility for their mistakes and expect the customer to pay for them.
Three days before my check-in, they're offering me the room upgrade and asking me to pay for it with the hotel, even though I already paid for the room through Bedsonline. It's illogical. Bedsonline says they'll refund me once I make the payment, but I don't believe them. If they can't honor what's already been paid for, I can hardly trust a verbal agreement. They need to pay more attention to customer service and take responsibility.
I simply want them to respect what they sold me,a room in Rainbow kai tower ocean view nothing more.

Reserved a room via bedsonline.com on booking.com as one of their partner offers and also fully paid for it on 12 February. I had received an instant booking confirmation by booking.com for it. On 16 February only, I was informed by booking.com that the seller was not able to confirm the room and I was refunded the money. In the meantime, prices for hotel rooms in Prague had soared due to the the figure skating championships and I had to reserve a worse and more far away room for a higher price.

Need access to tour descriptions and details before booking
Had to wait 2 days to be able to reach my account manager and couldn't book anything until I did reach him to have client's questions regarding details on excursions, luggage allowance for transfers, etc.
Website could be more intuitive. Once the account manager guided me through it I understood it better, but should have been able to get my questions answered on website without having had to get a lesson.
One of Bedsonline's competitors, Viator, easily provides descriptions; and although I was told Viator is "consumer friendly" Bedsonline needs to empower travel agents with more information and knowledge so that we don't appear to have less information than any consumer would get on Viator
