I booked a UP hotel room advertised by…

I booked a UP hotel room advertised by Bedsonline through booking.com. This room has pool view, access to roof top pool and many more luxury features. The confirmation stated I had these things. I contacted to hotel to ask a question about arrival and they told me that Bedsonline had paid for a standard room, with just breakfast nothing else! Not any of the features advertised or confirmed. I contacted booking.com as they had advertised through them and they said nothing they can do, no amendments can be made, we quite clearly some one has done an amendment and downgraded my stay! I feel cheated and deceived by both Bedsonline and booking.com dishonest and miss advertising. I have full proof and will be taking this further.

Christmas transfer hell !

Travel agent booked transfers with this company and on arrival we were stranded at Miami airport ! The fight was delayed which they should have know about and then we tried 3 times to call them with no luck. On the 4th attempt they told us we took too long to get out of the airport so wont be transferring us anywhere. We had no idea that Miami airport customs would take two hours to get through. After a 9 hour flight, delays and waiting time at customs this was the cherry on the cake ! No Christmas spirit by this company ! Was tough and our problem.
On return the transfer was 45 minutes late to get us after again calling the number 4 times to ask where is the driver !
When he turned up the vehicle was battered at the back like it had been in an accident and the interior was dirty and smelly.
We spent £50 on an uber and this company will not compensate us.
