Its ok...

Cant say much on the experience of delivery as it was delivered to an alternate address for storage, when I finally got round to putting it together everything seemed fine, until I check and there's bits of wood moving around inside the bed ( now covered in fabric) and the headboard slats looked like they were cut by a novice using a router 🤦🏻‍♂️ had to put extra staples in the headboard too as the fabric was barely held in place ( it dosent cost alot for staples use more!) Only other thing i would say is the topboard for the bed should be thicker ( what the matress sits on) its paper thin and bends too easy! Nearly put my hand through it 🤦🏻‍♂️

Great experience

Great experience, the young gentleman was very helpful and it only took 20 minutes for the whole process. I was very happy with my purchase and got a good deal. I would Highly recommend to anyone.

Stay away!

I strongly advise against engaging with this company due to several concerning experiences. Firstly, their customer service is notably inadequate, demonstrating a lack of professionalism and responsiveness.

During a recent service call, the company representatives entered my property without allowing sufficient time to ensure there was adequate space in the hallway. They proceeded with their tasks without my consent, which resulted in damage to my property.

Moreover, despite being requested to remove their shoes, the representatives did not comply. They entered without wearing shoe covers or socks, raising serious hygiene concerns.

Attempts to address these issues with customer service were met with indifference, as they consistently placed the blame on the customer rather than taking responsibility for their actions.

In regard to your comments about our delivery team, we take these matters seriously. However, the suggestion that our drivers would enter a property without consent is highly unusual and not in line with our procedures, as access is always granted by the customer at the point of delivery. That said, we will of course review this once we have the relevant information.

We do apologise if there were any issues around footwear or hygiene standards, as our teams are expected to be respectful within customers’ homes.

Great all round service

A pleasant experience dealing with Bedworld, as they dealt speedily and graciously at all times, helping with sorting out payment issues with the original order order, and quickly arranging an exchange for a headboard that didn't fit.
Very pleased with the final bed and all the staff, from the calling the office, dealing with emails to delivery, were very friendly and helpful.

Arrived at expected time.
K oxked on neigh purs door not mine then i got a call to ask if i was in. So opened door to see they were at my neighbours.
Bed delivered to the correct room.
Left sensibly so we could put together. Old mattress removed as requested.

Mattress purchase

The sales lady showed us a excellent range of mattresses, extremely polite, friendly and professional. No pushy sales techniques and listened to our needs. Overall totally exceptional service, highly recommended

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. I called this morning with a question about a bed on the website, the staff member who answered the phone was unhelpful, I asked to speak to another staff member and he hung up the phone. I tried to call back and it rang out.

Lovely Adjustable Bed

Bed was delivered within 8 days and is great value for money, delivery team were polite and helpful. The only comment I'd make is that a confirmation of delivery date via email would be really good as we missed the confirmation call and I had to speak to online chat to confirm, although we did get a text on the morning of delivery. The online chat was great too and an easy and quick way to speak to someone.

After going to several other stores…

After going to several other stores looking for a mattress, compared all the prices, the customer service was not helpful. I needed a mattress today and I had a reasonable budget i was a buyer!!! So my last shot was Bedworld who to be honest I had never heard of. The gentleman greeted me with a lovely non pushy hello, and gave me all the options prices and even what they were made of, he definitely knew his product. Thank Goodness, great guy and excellent customer service which is very rare, I cannot praise him enough, his name was Harun, i will definitely be recommending him as of now!!

Spine guard 4000 gel mattress review

Spine guard 4000 gel mattress review. As a side sleeper with spinal issues I only managed 2-3 hrs sleep at a time on my old mattress and would wake with bad hip/back and neck pain. On the last Bank Holiday we ordered a new mattress with Bed World after trying various other shops with some seen up to £4k for a super king! . This was way out of ours and I guess most people's budgets. We've had beds from this firm before and have been impressed with the quality and cost. We tested various ones in their Cardiff store and was guided through them with Nicola who was very helpful. With the advise given and price at the time, we ordered the 6'0 Super king spine guard 4000 gel mattress. It was delivered a few days later by Richard and Kev who were very helpful and fantastic in getting this huge thing upstairs. We've used it now over a week and it is incredibly comfortable. It is firmer than our old one but far more supportive especially in the torso region. My hips sink into to soft top layer whilst my upper section is cradled better which allows my spine to keep straighter than before. I'm now finding I can sleep a lot longer but there is no hip burning/lower spine pain when I wake. I'm also not getting overheated which may be the gel layer doing something. The side strength is superb and doesn't collapse when you sit on the edge. It's super quiet and there's no disturbance to my wife if i do move around during the night. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase . 5*
