We looked around at several places & preferred the style of beds at Bedworld. The manager served us & was very friendly & helpful.
The bed arrived earlier than 1st expected.
Jason came after working hours to assemble the bex for us. He was extremely pleasant & got the job done efficiently. Thanks to all at Bedworld.

I would not recommend purchasing from this company just received the bed the plush velvet is not upto quality control after speaking to management was not told I was not conclusive please purchase from other suppliers like Dusk still awaiting for management to decide customer service is atrocious 😞

The salesman was really I had a budget and he delivered getting both my husband and myself a good posture mattress and about the difference in the mattresses, excellent service from start to finish thank you , hopefully the delivery of the bed will go as smoothly

The sale representative let us look through the store at our leisure and didn't push purchasing anything and told us, if we had any questions on any bed please let him now. He was very professional and knowledgeable on the bedding and mattress which was refreshing.

From first entering the showroom to leaving the service was very relaxing and the staff very informative. Given options of bed base colours etc. We visited on Sunday 5th went to a few more retailers and returned. The lady wrote all details down and I consequently returned on Monday and placed my order. Delivery date given immediately. Would certainly recommend.

Was told when I asked if they assemble the bed was told bed is more or less assembled all I have to do is put the slats on, bed came in 2 halves that was ok slats and motor were together and was very heavy ( we are pensioners) it doesn’t say what is top and bottom, lifted slats on pressed remote for feet and the top lifted so had to take it back of and turn it around, bit of a palaver, delivery guy said they can assemble it for a fee, plus it was supposed to come on the Wednesday and cancelled it to the Saturday after we got the mattress downstairs so had to get it back up again , so sorry not a happy customer

Excellent service that made ordering easier. The lady that attended to us at Team Valley Gateshead is perfect for the job. She took us through the rudiments and that makes it easier for me and my wife to make wise decisions. The beds are of topmost quality.

We knew what we wanted so wasn't pressured into buying something else/more expensive. Everything was done and dusted in 10 minutes! Got the perfect bed with a delivery date that was sooner than expected. A very stress free experience

The experience was very easy and friendly I was looking to downsize my bed and I was given very good advice the knowledge from the lady helped me make my choice the showroom was lovely and clean and tidy and I was allowed to try out the beds to make my choice and I am looking forward to receiving my new ottoman bed and floor board.
