Was told when I asked if they assemble the bed was told bed is more or less assembled all I have to do is put the slats on, bed came in 2 halves that was ok slats and motor were together and was very heavy ( we are pensioners) it doesn’t say what is top and bottom, lifted slats on pressed remote for feet and the top lifted so had to take it back of and turn it around, bit of a palaver, delivery guy said they can assemble it for a fee, plus it was supposed to come on the Wednesday and cancelled it to the Saturday after we got the mattress downstairs so had to get it back up again , so sorry not a happy customer

Excellent service that made ordering easier. The lady that attended to us at Team Valley Gateshead is perfect for the job. She took us through the rudiments and that makes it easier for me and my wife to make wise decisions. The beds are of topmost quality.

We knew what we wanted so wasn't pressured into buying something else/more expensive. Everything was done and dusted in 10 minutes! Got the perfect bed with a delivery date that was sooner than expected. A very stress free experience

The experience was very easy and friendly I was looking to downsize my bed and I was given very good advice the knowledge from the lady helped me make my choice the showroom was lovely and clean and tidy and I was allowed to try out the beds to make my choice and I am looking forward to receiving my new ottoman bed and floor board.
