delivery time was atrocious. I paid extra for next day delivery and it arrived 4 days later. even accounting for the advertised xmas delay which said orders would be dispatched 27-29th, that doesn't explain why my expensive 'next day' delivery didn't come until 31st.

However packing was fantastic and it all arrived intact, order was correct

Excellent service best German beer I've had arrived promptly

Not the quickest delivery, but very well protected packaging. I ordered two Christmas packs to give as gifts, but they both came in a single box. I asked why, got a short reply saying it says that in the terms and conditions. Who reads those? Be warned. If you plan to gift stuff, one item per order!

I'm waiting for a reply to my email but at the moment I'm missing one of my beers(omnipollo stout) so for me it's not a great experience.

I bought these beers as a Christmas present. They arrived in plenty of time. I have purchased from this vendor in the past and will happily do so again.

Delivered on time and well packaged

My order arrived but there were 5 bottles of Kasteelbier Donker missing, itinerary note stated that these were out of stock and a refund would be made.
Sent three messages to Beer merchants via their website but no reply and no refund, tried telephoning but each time no reply, very frustrating!
A quick update, 09/12/25.refund has finally now been given.

I received my parcel and it was damaged and one of the bottles was broken causing the box to dissolve. It was going to be a present. I sent an email and they said I would receive a response with 1-3 working days. That was six days ago, still nothing. Appalling customer service.

Placed my first order with Beer Merchants for some very reasonably priced Hercule Stout and glass (which was also reasonably priced compared to some stores) and it came super fast, no issues!

The parcel was carefully packed

Sent me the wrong item of significantly lower value and are ignoring all my support messages attempting to seek a resolution.

I am currently exploring options with Trading Standards.

I have not received my order. Your system sent it to a random address which I did not give you. Customer support is very poor I was asked to email and have not received a reply. I am very disappointed as I have used your company for several years.

Great selection of beers and great delivery

I've ordered from Beer Merchants many times and every time the service has been fantastic. The selection of beers is great and they always come well packaged. Great service as always.

There was a misunderstanding with the delivery company that caused a small delay. The guys at Beer Merchants, dealt with it quickly and efficiently and they actually sent me a free case of beers out of curtesy!
Amazing beers and amazing costumer service!

Although the purchase & selection is good; when it comes to try to contact them to report s problem isn’t. Package came open and neither them or their delivery courier company wanted to know about it. Tried to reported into both, still waiting for them to do something about it or at least acknowledge it..so wondering if I am going to buy items from them again.

Excellent service. I actually typed in the wrong email and sent a supplementary email to amend but the order was sent out the next day to the correct address. Order was correct, all good. Thank you.
