Apologies for the late delivery of your order. Delivery was attempted on a next day service, but there was nobody home to receive it, and no "leave safe" instruction. I can see that you updated these, and delivery was made and the goods left safe.

Both the products and service were exceptional. A much sought after glass was bought from the company at an excellent price, along with the delicious beer of the same brand, which together made up a highly appreciated gift. Ease of ordering and dispatched quickly. Only issue was the delivery company did not deliver until 5 days later saying run out of time first day and said could not gain access after the weekend although somebody was home all day.
