So in short this is rocket 🚀 fuel but to take rocket to you need build big or huge booster at least 1 year of easy training than this rocket fuel will work amazing so runner love numbers. If you are a runner here are the number after 1 year of good weekly volume between 45 miles minimum till 80 miles max weekly i started taking it beet it juice daily around 300 ML plus before all my track and MP session specific these 5000.
On the track is run with relax effort 6.35/mile for 5 till 6 and 5×1km around 6:10/mile relax overall.

Beet experience…
Took a few days to get used to the taste but now enjoy drinking my beet juice every day.
The 10% apple juice conceals some of the earthy taste of the beetroot.
Will continue to drink Beet Juice every day as part of my quest to avoid medication.
I buy from the supermarket.
