I don’t think it made a difference
I don’t think the beet shots made a noticeable difference on my run I performance. I took them for 6 days leading up to a race. Overall though. The delivery was quick, and the packaging was very convenient.

Felt the difference playing football
Super quick and efficient delivery. Really felt the effects while playing football - had much more energy than usual, and felt less tired as the game went on. While the flavour is a bit different, it was better than I'd expected. Just a watch out, it does turn your wee pink - would've been a shock if I hadn't known beforehand!

Good product, very poor packaging.
Product itself seems decent so far, but packaging terrible. A flimsy box just placed in a plastic bag, turned up with the box burst open and the bottles all loose, one which had also burst. Thankfully it hadn’t spilt out the bag and I noticed before opening, otherwise could’ve had deep red beet juice staining!
Rethink the packaging for next time please.
