I ordered their weight loss patch from Facebook on a whim. After doing research, I realized I did not want this. Their website said you could cancel order anytime before it shipped. Within 2 hours, I sent an email to their customer service requesting cancellation. I did not have an order # as I didn’t receive an email confirmation but they did post a charge to my Visa which was more than the price they quoted when I ordered. For 6 days I got a run around from them asking for order #, then for my name & shipping address, then again for the order #. This went on for 6 days with no resolution. The product was finally shipped; still no confirmation email. After it shipped I did get an apology email without a resolution. I have since contested it with my Visa company. I refuse to pay to ship the product back and they are ignoring my requests. Run fast and far as this company is NOT REPUTABLE and charge more than they promise.

Ripoff. I never received product and they will not refund my money

I got charged $30. Never received this product for wrinkles and fine lines. I recommend no one else get scammed.

I am constantly receiving emails from customers who have not received orders or have been charged for items they did not purchase. This company preys on vulnerable old people selling "miracle" bee venom cream and "universal" dentures. When an order does turn up, they contact us to return it because it's awful. Unfortunately or possibly deliberately they have named their website awfully similar to ours.
