Update to my previous review - I have just been in touch with American Express who have very kindly refunded me the cost of the t-shirt as I was able to prove just how long I've trying to get a refund address!

Please please get in touch with your credit card provider and ask them to arrange for a inquest into this company. The more people who complain the more chance we have of stopping sham outfits like this from operating and taking our money!

Dreadful scam company. I’ve complained to Instagram, Trading Standards and Facebook. They need to be closed down. They are what’s known as a ‘dropshipper’ having no stock on the premises and fulfilling orders in China. The quality is poor and I’m chasing my refundnow. I’d advise anyone to report this company - who trade under several names by the way. No address to find so further underlining the fraud nature of their sham business.

I ordered these on behalf of my mum after she seen the advert on Facebook. I then came accross the reviews on here and we really thought we'd been scammed! I wasn't aware they came from China before ordering until I got the tracking email. They arrived in just over 2 weeks to the UK. Look as they do on the website. Can't complain really!

I ordered a Tshirt from this company on 20 March after seeing an advert on Instagram. Delivery was supposed to be within days however finally arrived on 20 June. I sent several emails to the company asking to cancel the delivery and for a refund as it was taking too long and had replies from Matt who said the delay was because the item is shipped from China and due to COVID-19. I was not allowed a refund. The item finally arrived 3 months later and it looks nothing like the photo on the website. It’s a different material finish and colour and there’s bobbles on the material. I’m returning the item however can’t find an address as the website says do not return to the manufacturer. There’s no card, invoice or note within the package the Tshirt arrived in. I’ve emailed the retailer and I’m waiting for confirmation where to send it back to start a returns process. Dreadful would not recommend.

If I could give a minus review I would. This company is a sham - I ordered thinking it was ethical and UK based.
I have been waiting over two months for the delivery and doubt it will ever arrive, even when/if it does on reading other reviews it sounds like the quality is very poor. This company pops up on my FB feed all the time- I think FB should look into this misleading company.

Shocking customer service! Like a lot of you, I order the T-shirt in good faith thinking I was purchasing from a UK company; only to find the t-shirt has come from China! The quality of the T-shirt is awful and now I can't get a refund...bloody awful. Like talking to a brick wall.

I liked the idea of the bee T shirt and thought I was dealing with a UK company. I ordered size XL but what arrived was a size S. Several emails ensued back and forth to "Matt" who didn't seem to understand the problem. He asked me to send a picture then replied there didn't seem anything wrong with the T shirt. Actually now I realise I am not going to get anywhere I opened it and, yes it's not amazing quality, but I actually quite like it. I tried it on and although very snug over my size 40 bust its not tiny so will do for my size 12 daughter. What it is like after a wash we will see. The point is I would not have bought it if there was anywhere on the website it was coming from China so very deceiving but you live and learn. Matt just didn't seem to understand the problem and said I ordered a small. Not for this chest mate!

I would have given zero stars if that was an option. Item never arrived, no response to emails, haven’t had my money back! Thieves!! Really poor company and service.

Ordered my tshirt on 4th april. Money out of my account 5th april. Several emails sent...always with ' Matt',blaming Lockdown. Asked for refund at end of May. No answer to that. Tshirt finally received 4th June...3 months later!!!Item came from China. I thought I was dealing with a uk company.
Awful customer service.
Would not recommend.

The results here speak for themselves. A scam company that has no interest in their customers. Ignore emails when it suits them; no understanding of their legal obligations, etc etc. If not too late, DO NOT TOUCH THIS "COMPANY" WITH A BARGE POLE!!! Reporting them to Trading Standards and also to the organisations they supposedly support - of which there is NO evidence that they do and I have my suspicions....

Wow wish I read the reviews before I sent off for a T-shirt. Finally arrived after 8 weeks. It is rubbish and most definitely not the colour that I thought I was ordering. My review - don’t bother with this company

I wish I'd seen these reviews before ordering. I ordered a t-shirt in 24 April. I thought I was ordering from UK. Had I known it was coming from China I would not have ordered during lockdown. 3 months later I'm still waiting. I've sent numerous emails, always with 'Matt' (I doubt he exists) saying to hold on as it's stuck at airport. When I asked for a refund he told me it was the courier's fault and they were not liable to refund me. This company is a scam and I will be reporting them.

So, after ordering my t-shirt from Bee Wholesome UK then reading all the reviews on here, I swiftly emailed the company to ask that they didn’t process my order because I thought it was a scam. I received a response from Nikki within 24 hours. She said the order had gone through but when it arrived I could send it back and claim a refund. My t-shirt arrived within 2 weeks and I really like it. I have had a positive experience with this company with respects to communication and product.

Utterly appalling 'company'. I've never known anything like it. If I could have given zero stars, then I would.
Their website seemed really legit and as a massive lover of bees, I was chuffed I'd found it.
I placed an order for a lovely looking pale pink Let it Bee T-shirt for £17 on 17th April. My first chaser email was sent around 2 weeks later when I hadn't received the order and realised I hadn't actually had an initial confirmation email either, but my money had been taken from my account. I had a seemingly genuine reply from 'Matt' who told me it was on its way and he provided tracking details. I then read some reviews which made me start to become quite concerned. I sent several more emails following this, which were completely ignored, and the tracking facility seemed to suggest my order was stuck in the air somewhere between China and the UK.
The T-shirt finally arrived a few days ago and, to be perfectly honest, it's crap! It's a weird neon peach colour (not pale pink) and it's terrible quality with a tacky transfer ironed on.
I feel I've been completely ripped off. Sorry for the rant, but DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I have only just found this complaint site and can see I am not alone I have been stressed out with the apauling customer service from this company I ordered the yellow bee.tshirt £17.00 and it arrived late and faulty like a piece of rag !
I got in touch sent pictures they eventually answered and said donate to charity and they would process my refund .
I purchased this on the 27th April was told I could have a refund on 14th may and now June I am still waiting ! I have sent loads of e.mails and they keep messing me around now not answering me !!! I have just seen about a chargeback on some of the other reviews and will contact financial ombudsmen.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!

I won't bother with a return. I think this is what they are hoping for. I placed an order in April (around the 15th-20th) of a yellow Let it Bee T-shirt. It only arrived 2 days ago (in June!). I tried asking where my order is and received such a confusing answer that decided it's not worth trying again:
"...Thanks for getting in touch. We are so sorry that we have to reach this point.
We still hope that you would still give us a chance to fulfill our duties. In regards to your delivery, #BEE... Tracking Link​ , we have been communicating with our carrier to provide update about your delivery.
We are waiting for there response.
"We do believe that our carrier are working round the clock to fast track your delivery."
In the meantime, don't hesitate to reach us if you need any assistance."

I never received update on the delivery.
The T-shirt finally arrived this week and it looks different from the picture. It's not yellow but some weird brownish colour which doesn't look good on me at all. It is quite big, I ordered an M (my usual UK size is 10), it looks more like a 12. I have doubts on the quality of the material. I have something similar from Primark - a cheap T-shirt which looks like cotton, soft at touch but makes you sweat like nylon.
Last thing - the picture is a print which is looking cheap.
Don't buy! For less money you can buy an organic cotton T-shirt and order a iron-on picture.

Update
After wearing the T-shirt for a while (including some very hot days) and after a few washes, I have to say it is nice cotton. Soft and breathable.
The print is stil there, no signs of peeling. The colour is still not my favourite but overall this piece of clothing is nicer than I thought.
I could not give more stars because of the waiting time and the useless communication with their customer service, and the very unclear status and origin of the company using different names to advertise it's nature-friendly activities (which cannot be tracked).

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Having placed an order on 10th May, not realising they ship from China! Chased it up on 2nd June of which Matt told me it was stuck at customs. Finally arrived on 8th June! Whilst the T-shirt isn't bad for the price, I was not happy with the colour and the fit is much bigger than advised. I am size 12 it suggested 'L' but it would easily fit 14-16. So I emailed again on 9th June requesting a returns address and refund process.
Matt responded asking what the issue was and could I send a photo of the shirt. I responded same day saying no issue just want to return... have emailed again today. Only now found these reviews and have concerns. Will be reporting to trading standards etc. Hoping my credit card will manage a refund to me.

If I could put minus stars I would. Took 6 plus weeks and eventually arrived yesterday. I laughed as though it must be some sort of joke. Horrendous quality. Do not order

update from previous post; wife's t shirt finally arrived yesterday after 6 weeks and countless emails from 'matt'.
and what a load of rubbish it is!!!!
i almost wish it'd never arrived, i'd have avoided the crushing disappointment and stupidity i now feel.
it's absolutely MASSIVE and such poor quality she couldn't even face doing the gardening in it.
lesson learned. no more social media purchases for me!

I ordered a t-shirt from them early May as a gift for my daughters birthday. No t shirt has arrived and as I do not have the order number, and no email to confirm the order, I have written this off. After reading everyone's comments, I'm astounded they are allowed to continue to rip people off.
