My alarm has gone off 2 times in twelve hours. For 47 minutes I have been trying to reach someone. I have been cut off, put on hold, there is no security number to call. There was no contact made to me by them for the alarms going off. Previously during installation the tech left his mess, boxes, twist ties, plastic plaster dust only to tell me he doesn't clean for me. He also told me after the fact there was already a full system in the house before he could have used. In short If you have an emergency nothing is done whatsoever. If you ever reach someone you will be circumvented and not helped. Employees do not have numbers nor can they give you an incident number. This company is a scam. Date of experience? Well, here is the latest. Please, go elsewhere.
