I love using BeFrugal most of the time
I love using BeFrugal most of the time, but here have been times when I know for a fact the shopping trip was activated and I made purchases and never got cash back. I would like an explanation as to why it gets denied, not just retailer did not pay. For the first time in a few year, I requested a pay out. I did not want the entire balance but I could not find a way to request a specified amount, so I guess I'll just deal with it.

False bonus offer
At the beginning, I thought the denied cash back issues were because of the retailers. However, my last purchase through Be Frugal made me realize that the denied cash back is not from the retailer that I was shopping from. The real issue is Be Frugal who is using false advertisements to attract more shoppers without honoring the cash back and bonus offers and denying these claims with irrational excuses.
When I was requesting the bonus offer from my purchase, TODD said that I did not active the bonus offer. I responded to him that I used and activated the bonus offer link and followed all the steps until I completed my purchase. At the end, he removed my purchase cash back arbitrarily from my account which was added to it a week ago. I wonder how the purchase was recorded by Be Frugal, and the cash back was added to my account without activating the link as TODD said.

Easy to use and easy to qualify cash back website
It didn't take long to get to an amount that qualified for a payout, which was great. And I appreciate that there are different payout options available. In fact, by requesting the payout as a virtual Visa versus cash, I received an extra fiver percent bonus. A Visa spends like cash, so its all the same to me. I would for sure use this cash back program again!

This is the best tracker I have tried!
I have tried several shopping tracker sites and BeFrugal is the best. Others make it extremely difficult actually to receive the payout you earned. BeFrugal's payout system is seamless. They also have great deals. I am a Wall Street attorney and know that my shopping habits are being tracked not matter what, so every consumer should be earning money back for allowing our habits to be tracked.
