This is an HONEST & ORGANIZED Company! They keep close track of what Percentage Offers we've earned with various Stores/Businesses; then, once our purchases are verified for Payout, we can EASILY & QUICKLY claim our reward--either as Cash or choosing from their selection of Gift Cards. Befrugal denied me cashback but surveys on Befrugal Reward has made me money!
I opened an account with BeFrugal on 1/27 and made a purchase at QVC but only the shopping trip tracked. After a week I put in a support ticket. Two weeks after that I hadn't received an update so asked for one and two minutes later I received a canned response telling me that it was denied. Very odd! I asked why and four minutes later they claimed I went through another marketing channel. It seems like canned responses and not an actual person responding to me. When I pushed for more info they just said "this was all the information provided". It doesn't add up as I cleared my cookies and had their Befrugal extension installed. I also took screenshots showing them my history from logging into Befrugal, clicking on QVC, and ordering the product. There was no other open website used so I wouldn't trust BeFrugal for cashback reasons. I've had no issue at all with other sites (Rakuten, TopCashBack, Swagbucks, CapitalOne offers, etc.) I received Cashback on. This is the first time I've ever ran into an issue!
Befrugal Rewards Surveys on the other hand are great. I made $16 doing various surveys that were relatively easy to do and they paid out quickly. So I'm caught in a dilemma on if I want to continue with Befrugal or not. I'll probably just log in to do surveys every now and again and use a more reputable site for Cashback.

When a retailer reports that a transaction was attributed to another marketing channel, it means their tracking system ultimately credited the sale elsewhere. In those cases, the retailer does not pay us a commission, and we’re unable to issue Cash Back. We understand this can be confusing — especially when you’ve cleared cookies, used the extension, and taken screenshots — but final attribution is determined by the retailer’s tracking system, not by BeFrugal directly.

BeFrugal is the best! So easy to use! I never remember to shop through their portal, but that doesn't matter. The app is there in my browser and reminds me when I am shopping at an eligible store. Getting cash back is simple and fast! they don't make it hard to navigate to the payout page. I have never had a problem - only great experiences!

Why is no one talking about the points…
Why is no one talking about the points that can be converted to Rewards? I have not seen this in any of the cash back apps and, trust me, I've tried them all. BeFrugal offers great discounts, cash back and convertible points. I just turned 20,000 points -- that I did not even realize I had accumulated into $20 that I cashed out to my bank account. This app isn't talked about enough.
