Dr Zuzanna was amazing, after the first consultation I feel more positive. I look forward to Hank, my lab, and me having a much more enjoyable walk without the stress we both feel. His reactivity completely spoils it for him and I get so stressed. I have been through many things to try and help him, but this is going to be amazing. She explained in the first consultation the reasoning behind changing how Hank thinks and looks at things to get on top of his reactivity. Don’t hesitate to ask these guys for help they are amazing

Following our initial contact we were delayed by our insurance company. Carly was excellent in that she kept chasing and updating us on progress. Once it was all arranged we had our first consultation with Dr Marta. She spent the best part of 3 hours, wanting to know everything she could about our Barney. She then started explaining the first steps that we should take to help Barney. She said that it's quite a lot to take in, so start with little steps,which is very reassuring. We will send updates as we go, and are really looking forward to our follow up and learning more.

From the start of our consultation with Dr Jacqueline we felt confident that the behavioural issues we had with Reggie were fixable. Dr Jacqueline helped us to understand Reggie's behavioural issues and how we could address them with simple and easy to understand games and management of Reggie. We are so grateful as his behaviour has really improved and we now feel more confident in situations with him. Thanks to Dr Jacqueline.

Dr Bridget helped me enormously to stop my 2 terriers from fighting. I was beginning to think I would need to rehome one, but with advice and training techniques things are so much better. I am not the best at practicing the techniques with my dogs but nevertheless the changes we have made , including sone medication, have been transformative. Thank you Dr Bridget.

Dr Lisa really listened to my explanation about our dog's behaviour issues and came up with helpful and supportive strategies to help us make a start with making him a happier more relaxed dog. I felt she fully understood our concerns and by the end of the call I felt confident she could help which is a lovely place to start.

I worked with Jasmine at Behavet for my cats behavioural and reactivity issues for 6 months and it’s genuinely been one of the best investments I could make. My relationship with my cat has improved and is at a point where I can read her body language better to understand her needs whilst also trying to train her to not perform negative behaviours and calm herself down when she gets worked up. Jasmine was warming, welcome and completely understanding of my circumstances which meant we could create a plan that suited my needs and also got the best outcome. 100% recommend for any cat owners out there who are struggling.

Everything was explained and great videos for repeated reference. The zoom call was so helpful and Behavet have given me hope of achieving my goals with my girl. To be able to go for a walk without my dog reacting to people and dogs and “strange”things. I will look forward to trips to the beach and both me and my dog enjoying it!

They keep you informed and are on hand quickly to deal with any issues. Dr Celyn was very patient and reassuring. Advice on training was sent over very fast. Very good service would highly recommend.

Just a short update on my previous review.

I can’t thank you Dr Tom, Dr Aston, Dr Anita, and the whole team enough for the wraparound service for a kind, positive, relationship-building method of dog training.

Dr Aston has been incredible with such individualised and specific recommendations for my Labrador. She has always listened to my experiences and feedback, and found ways to teach us both. This is the boy who was reactive to life at a distance of the length of two football pitches who now has his own best dog friend!!

As to wraparound care, Dr Anita runs the monthly Behavet Family and it gives me community, support, and understanding for the dog guardians experiences and feelings. I’ve even made friends for life through the Behavet community.

As someone who had spoken to numerous “trainers” and “behaviourists”, Behavet has met and surpassed every hope I had.

Good advice that’s easy to follow

We have had a great experience with Behavet. They offer so many options and provide lots of advice that makes sense and are very positive and encouraging. I would thoroughly recommend them.

This was a brilliant experience and the 1 to 1 consultation with the vet Dr.Ellie was incredibly useful and informative. I look forward to starting putting it into practice.
Getting everything sent via email afterwards is also invaluable so I can refer back to it and included useful links to videos and training resources.

Trainer was very pleasant and welcoming, she explained everything very clear so I could understand why we do certain things and the outcome we were looking for. Early days yet and a long way to go.

We've been able to implement Milo's training around our lives. I've got a recording as well as images of the session for me to look back on. They give an emergency strategy for when things get difficult.

Having a dog with reactive behaviour struggles is hard, and overwhelming . I appreciated Dr. A's thoroughness in the taking history with no judgement. She asked detailed questions and let me explain so that she could fully understand everything about my dog. It is a big relief to have a plan in place now and well understood. I feel reassured with the contact support, video instructions and follow up plan.
