This will be the third time I used this company on different projects and right from the first phone call I've never had to question anything, very friendly staff and after discussing my requirements on each project with roger he made a few suggestions and different ways on getting the best system to suit the job and for the budget ,always worked to suit my time lines witch was a god send as we where never ready on time and they always where able to work around us

We've been a customer of Bourne End for around 4 years - they installed a new intruder alarm system for our office in Henley and have serviced it annually since then. We always get the best of service from Roger, Mel, and the team - lovely people to work with, and the engineers are reliable and friendly. We wish they covered a larger area so they could help with our other offices! Would highly recommend.

This is easily the worst company I have dealt with during my house refurbishment. They have demanded money before any works were started. They have never completed a full handover, despite receiving full payment. If I ever query anything, Roger will send an abusive text or email, rather than trying to find a solution. I have got to the point that I am paying another company to complete their work, as it is too intimidating and upsetting to contact BEHSS any more. I wish I had never been introduced to them.
Since writing this review, I have contacted BEHSS to request the security code so that I can get another company to finish setting up the CCTV and take over the system. They have not responded to this request. So even though I have fully paid for the system, I cannot access it and am awaiting codes from the manufacturer. If they cared about customer service, they would have set me up properly in the first place.

A simple annual alarm service. Very friendly and efficient team. I had a new technician who was very knowledgeable. I have used them for years and will continue to do so.

Antony came to service our house alarm. He was pleasant without too much chatting, helpful, and efficiently got on with the job.
