Fridge freezer repair issue
We have a fridge from Beko which is just over 1 year old. It recently stopped refrigerating and the front panel stopped working at the same time. It took a long time to get through to the right department and a week later 2 engineers attended. They could not identify the issue and just told us to turn it off and on again to reduce ice build up. When asked if that would fix the issue they just said they didn’t know and that they needed to order another part for repair. After not hearing anything, we called back to check in and were told it would be another month before the part even arrived to them. This does not then include time to book in an appointment and the fact they still don’t know if this part will fix it. Individuals within customer service have been reasonably helpful but the experience overall has been terrible - especially the engineers who visited the house. Would not recommend these products.

Beko 12 Kg machine for a large family, Perfect
When I was looking for a new washing machine, the main feature of the machine was the load. I have a big family, and the last machine never stopped. We did two washes a day. Buying a 12 kg washing machine is perfect for us. From using the machine twice a day, we now sometimes miss a day.
I also like how easy it is to use. The dials and wash programmes in my last machine were not as easy, with set temp, wash cycle, etc. The new machine is very simple. Turn the dial, and it does what I want it to.
I would also like to mention when I was buying the machine, I compared a few and found the Beko 12 kg washing machine to be the best value for money and most reliable. There are fewer options on this machine compared to the ones I looked at, but I want to wash clothes and spin-dry them. I don't need anything fancy that folds the clothes and irons them for me in the washing machine for me.
It depends on the individual and what they need from the machine. For me it was, does it wash, spin-dry and take a heavy load? Yes, yes and yes. This machine is perfect for MY needs.
If I were to buy a machine in the future and it was available, I would buy the same one again.
