Simple to order. Arrived at specified time. Old appliance collected as ordered. Delivery guys very helpful and polite. Washing machine very sleek looking and programmes simple to read. Been using now for almost 8 weeks and pleased with everything so far

Bought a fridge freezer on June 3rd and…
Bought a fridge freezer on June 3rd and on June 28th it completely stopped working, I called beko customer support and the lady on the phone had absolutely was rude and not helpful in the end I asked to put a complaint in and she said I would here from that within 28 days, iv never received anything from that complaint. I then had to keep chasing things up and 5 wees later I still had no working fridge freezer. It’s disgusting how beko have just ignored the complaint put in, I also asked for a replacement under the consumer act and was told they don’t go off that even though it’s within 30 days,

Reliable and Value for Money
6 months since I recevied a new hob - usually get white goods from them but the specs on this were strong and as with the white goods its robust, does a great job no issues but actually looks a decent too.

It was a drama
Not a great start for me. Got my item was defective from the day of delivery 2 engineers later and to bevtold fan sent working item still problematic, waited 5 days for me to chase the engineer for new part ,so I said I wanted a replacement ,got passed aound 8 phones later beko agreed to replace it and was oppolgetic. And my new fridge freezer arrived and its great i love it.
