Yes all good on purchase of my Beko fridge/freezer however, daunted to hear any call out connected with the guarantee would attract a call out charge o £149. If something has gone wrong within the period of the guarantee, it should be free. I do not antipate problems.

Arrived on time without delay. Driver was polite and respectful. I love my dishwasher especially now I have worked out the best program to use for my needs.

Loved the fact that freezer and fridge still the same size to replace older models after 18 years . They fit exactly into space , not sticking out like the popular American varieties.
Only knocked point off as no wine shelf inside this time

Bought these to replace our 24year old fridge and freezer, like for like(Old ones still working). Freezer baskets are slightly smaller than the older model which doesn't seem like a big deal but struggled to fit everything from the old freezer into the new one. Looking forward to never having to defrost the freezer again. Seal on the new fridge so strong have to fight to open the door. Hope these give as good a service as the old ones

Fridge Freezer ASP352VPX. Ice maker went rogue and broke its own ice making component. Neither our domestic appliance insurer nor BEKO could access the parts needed so I was left in the position of scrapping an 11 month old appliance for want of an ice tray and temperature sensor (both damaged by the mechanics of the component. What a waste of a perfectly good fridge/freezer. Apparently the parts cannot be obtained. Really? On an 11 month old fridge freezer? Tried all the spares outlets too. unbelievable! We are such a disposable society.

Washing machine door seal failed causing damage to my oak floor. The floor was not covered in the gaurantee

No fuss very quick to install and in use almost immediately. Efficient and lots of freezer space.
Large salad drawer am impressed with the price

New coffee machine (caffeExperto) after 5 weeks machine request a descale which was conducted. Thereafter the bean grinder stopped working and now one week after requesting guidance from Beko we are still waiting on how the problem will be resolved.

Everything from start to finish was ok.. Does what it says

Have a Beko KDVI90 electric oven only 16 months old and oven has stopped working twice. Previous oven worked for 25 years with no issues. Expect more from a relatively new product that is treated well. Online repair booking relatively easy but need to wait a number of days with no oven. Telephone customer support cut me off after investing half an hour on getting through. Frustrating service.

Dryer is alright but even 3 stars is a stretch.
Simpler to use but not always drying effectively

We were confused by product codes which were too similar for dissimilar cookers, and clearly bought the wrong one. Having no light in the upper upper oven means using a torch to check progress with cooking.
Having no temperature monitor light on the main oven is also unhelpful. The alarm cannot be heard far enough away, meaning you need a separate timer or stay in the kitchen to monitor timed cooking progress.
We haven't had the cooker long enough to feel confident about how accurate it keeps to set temperatures or how evenly or quickly it cooks. This is not what we thought we were buying, and expensive for what is offered. We would not buy this model again.
