Safe, secure and friendly
The staff were always helpful and friendly during my many interactions with them. The facility was always clean and tidy. Most importantly, as a single woman, I felt safe to use the facility outside of office hours. I would highly recommend to family and friends!

Fair Prices, Poor Handling of Payments
The storage facilities were nice and the prices seemed reasonable. However, I would strongly advise against giving your card details over the phone. I faced an issue where an unauthorised payment was taken, and despite raising the matter, I was never refunded. This was very disappointing and left me feeling let down.

Not the cheapest but excellent quality of storage
The storage facitility is not the cheapest but the natural climate environment ensure all the storage items were in perfect condition after 18 months. The storage unit works so well that we rarely had to talk to the staff... but whenever we did they were always polite and helpful.

All staff are super helpful, flexible and friendly, Even when I had to organise transport and storage of goods from abroad just by phone and email, everything always has worked out perfectly. I can't recommend them enough.
