Did the typical "last minute order of pram for upcoming trip" and was expecting the pram 2 days after my purchase (I had bought the pram after the cutoff time for next day delivery),

When phoning to find out when my pram would be delivered I spoke with Ermina that was able to arrange next day delivery.

After working many years in IKEA I know the importance of customer service. Bella Baby is spot on and I HOPE that senior management understand the value of such a dedicated team!

Bought a pram over a year ago and it developed a fault within the warranty period, to which the manufacturer said they'd replace it. The manufacturer made a number of 'mistakes' in their warehouse, and every time they had an excuse. Bella Baby were absolutely stellar throughout, regularly providing updates, and I could tell they too were exasperated by the manufacturer. After around 6 weeks without a pram and no sign of movement from the manufacturer, Bella Baby stepped up and replaced the v2 model of the pram with the v3 (as v2 is discontinued). Probably some of the best customer service I've ever received. Absolutely amazing, genuinely caring team over there. Thanks so much guys!

Replaced faulty breast pump very quickly with next to no fuss

This site had a bundle available for the Stokke Tripp Trapp for the best price I found online, I’d read the other reviews and decided to take the chance and pay using PayPal and my credit card. I needn’t of worried though, the service was quick and I received confirmation emails promptly, with speedy delivery too. Items received were just as I ordered and all legitimate Stokke items. Just goes to show you don’t need to always purchase from the big main brands, as smaller businesses like this are available!

Item not as described. I’ve been charged twice for an item over £250 and they are being very funny with how they are dealing with it.

Never use these sites. Stick to the large outlets instead.

I'm really happy with BellaBaby. I made three purchases in the last few months. Fantastic discounts, fast delivery (they use DPD which is great), careful packaging. Highly recommend.

The worse experience I’ve had with any company. I’m a struggling new mum who just wanted to return a faulty item and the customer service was TERRIBLE and they refused to help. All I needed was advice of how to return this item even though it was faulty but they said it’s my responsibility (which I was happy to do I just needed advice of where and who to use and it’s a large chair and nowhere would accept it) I never leave a bad review but the customer service was truly shocking.

I bought a baby gym for my newborn sister and she loved so much. The quality of the product is beyond my expectations and the customer service I received was excellent. The store is well presented and offers you most of the high-end products in the market at reasonable price tags. I'd keep shopping from Twickenham store ladies Ermina, Snezhanka and Chiara who made my store visit a memorable experience. I highly recommend to everyone, surely you'll be well looked after!

I got a good deal from this store. I will buy again! I was looking for a gift, so I check on the strollers section. I found what I was looking for at a reasonable price without sacrificing the quality.

We had bought our Mamas and Papas Ocarro pram bundle from Bella Baby over a year ago and recently needed to have the basket fixed following general wear and tear. Ermina at Bella Baby was extremely helpful in getting our pram sent off for repair under our warranty and we couldn’t be more pleased with the whole experience. The pram is as good as new and really was very simple and pain free thanks to the great service.
