I ordered a bed unfortunately it was too small for my dog, I requested to send it back for a refund, and I had no problem with them the money was back in my account within a week. The bed I had no problems with other than the size.

Easy to order and prompt with replying to emails. Will recommend to all my doggie parents friends

We have recently rescued a Labrador and was in need of a calming, comfortable bed to help him adapt to his new home. He absolutely loves his new bed and insists we take it all around the house to sleep on. We highly recommend the Bella and Toby calming beds and the delivery service was fast and well packaged.

Products are of an exceptional quality and delivery is prompt and efficient. I bought a bed for my labrador pup. The bed is far too big but, hopefully. she will grow into it.
The pup bites and chews the fabric but so far it has withstood all rough treatment ! The pup loves it and stretches out in luxury.

SCAMMERS! Dog bed never arrived, refused a refund, kept saying it was coming from their warehouse, which I doubt exists. They purchase postage when pushed so they can according to their website refuse a refund once dispatched. I am pursuing a refund via my credit card.

Great product and well made. Ruby was trying to get into it as soon as I took it out of the packaging. She has been comfy and snug and snoring loudly !!

Appalling ordered dog bed and paid extra for 24 delivery. Did not arrive after several days. Tried calling, a loop, no person answerphone, diverted to a weblink. Sent several messages. Started of nicely, ended up sending stinking messages, asking for refund as bought a replacement. said would report. No response at all. Over 2 weeks product arrived. No apology, no response at all. Does not sound like a genuine business actually. A company to avoid.

The beds I bought for my 2 lurchers are really comfy.Both dogs were straight into their new beds and spend a lot of time in them.
The material used is very soft and wraps around them.
The description given is exactly as said and would definitely recommend them to others especially if you have dogs that feel the cold.
Good deal on the two beds.

Update 30/11/24- After starting a chargeback claim with the bank the company then got in touch to arrange a refund but only after me initiating the chargeback.

Really difficult to send a return to this company. Only an email address for returns Our dog bed arrived damaged, customer services is just a chatbot which only directs you to the email address but then no-one replies from this email. There is no phone number and no way to initiate a return online. Please be aware of this before ordering as we now have a damaged bed that we can't return at all and no refund/ return possibilities. This is despite the website advertising hassle free returns and 24 hour customer care; that has not been our experience. We still have the bed and have had no response from the company.

Buddy loves his new bed, in fact he jumped straight into it even before it was fluffed up. Great product and good delivery.

A dog who refused to sleep in any bed we bought her is now snuggled up in her Bella & Toby bed.

Stay well away biggest scam ever . Nearly 4 weeks no bed. Not a chance can you get in touch with any one one big game of cat and mouse . Oh and it says Royal Mail still in transit definitely is not

Our little puppy came to stay at 15 wks old, first time away from his Mum, the anti stress bed is so soft and cuddly he sinks right in ensuring Charlie feels right at home. Charlie loves his new bed and we do too.

The ordering process was very easy & the bed arrived within time. My dogs has always destroyed soft beds before but this time he jumped straight in & snuggled down. If I can’t find him now I know where he’ll be.

We would give this company 0 Stars, this is a massive scam !!! do not buy a dog bed from this company. There are no beds, no delivery and no way of getting money back. They have not dispatched anything, it’s not a UK company as advertised and a total scam !!! Shocking

Actually no stars for this scam company who obviously post their own good reviews about themselves !
Pet bed ordered 1st October now 28th and no delivery. E-mails are sent to stall inquiries and it is IMPOSSIBLE to contact anybody by any means.

The bed arrived quickly and my dog loved it, it was slightly too small as Teddy is about to have his front leg amputated due to a tumour near his spine so I thought a bigger bed might be a bit more comfortable for him after surgery . I contacted customer services to change the bed to a larger size and they are organising this for me.
