Above and beyond
Belleek always goes above expectations. Their service is astounding. If something is missing or broken, take the time to contact their customer service. You may be asked to share photos and they’ll review with you and if I had to lay odds, I’d say that 99.9% of the time, they will make it right by you. There is a reason Belleek has been around for so long. Their pottery lasts forever when cared for as does their customer service. Thank you!

Delivery error
The ordering process was straight forward and delivery was prompt. However, I received the wrong order despite the delivery note being correct. Customer services were helpful and arranged courier to collect erroneous delivery and resend correct order. As of July 3rd I am still waiting for my order to arrive!!
A few days later - received correct order. All good. Nice product.

As beautiful as the mugs are they are more designed for left handed people..
As your drinking you tea or coffee no one can see the beauty of the mugs 🦋🐝 as the art is faced into the drinker…
For that reason I wouldn’t recommend these mugs…I was very disappointed ☹️
