Gorgeous outdoor furniture, well made and fabulous quality. From ordering to delivery nothing was too much bother.

The garden furniture is beautiful - and it was delivered on the day I ordered it as they were going to be in the area!
Unfortunately the two chairs were not part of the delivery but the delivery driver went back to the store and returned with the 2 chairs! Exceptional customer service.

Very happy with my new Napoli sofa. Looks as good as the website images. Seat cushions are firm. Back cushions are medium firmness and very
comfortable. Communication was excellent and any slight issues with delivery were sorted immediately. Good after sales service is definitely a sign of a good company. Would have no hesitation doing business again.

We purchased our corner sofa and fire pit set from Hallwood Kitchens in Carrickfergus and I can not recommend these guys enough. The service we received was 2nd to none. Extremely helpful, nothing was a problem. We actually received it the same day. The quality of the set is first class. The seats come already built,the only thing we had to build was the table which only took 20 minutes to do. Thanks Alan and team at hallwood kitchens.

I have just received my fire pit Verona and one of the legs on the sofa is damaged and so is on of the glass panes for the fire pit

Fabulous quality furniture. Arrived within 4-5 days of order and once assembled, it looked stunning. Very straightforward to put together and the fire-pit table looks a treat. Great customer service too. Highly recommend.

After being let down by several other online and high street companies to source a new gas fire pit. We came across bellissima and wow we are so glad we did. We contacted them on a Sunday via messenger no problem after a few messages and subsequent phone call we purchased the napoli 14a 7 piece set. It arrived on time 4 days later with just a simple set up of the fire pit table we were ready to go. Great quality rattan and cushions and the gas fire pit is incredible 55000 btu giving a warm glow and heat incredible. Fantastic service from start to finish and an amazing product thank you Lindsey and Alan we are looking forward to long spring and summer nights ahead x

If you are considering ordering Garden Furniture please order through Bellissima. I ordered the Siena set after finding this company were able to deliver products quickly, given the shortage of furniture in the current climate. The customer service is out of this world and the care taken to ensure I received a great experience from start to finish was faultless. Amazing product, so pleased with it!! I recently purchased the Bellissima 'Siena Five Piece Rattan Gas Fire Pit Set'. Delivery was exceptionally fast, although the clip pack for the firepit wind guard was missing.

I contacted them online. Lindsey responded instantly to my query and I received the missing parts within 2 days.

The look and quality of the product were above my expectations; and factoring in the brilliant Customer service, I would definitely give them 5 stars and fully recommend them to everyone.

A slight delay from a 3rd party courier, not Bellissima's fault, but even during a pandemic they still managed to deliver in under a week, which included 2 bank holidays, so that is still very impressive. I was kept up to date at all times, and the furniture it self is great and apart from table is already assembled, great for someone like me.
Great pre-after sales service, from a group of people who obviously care about their customers - I have recommended Bellissima to friends locally already and if I need garden furniture again - they will be the first people I go to - Thanks VM
