Currently contesting a charge on my credit card for a purchase I made w/ Bellas. I order a hairclipper (Andis Masters) for a great bargain. When I received them it was obvious that they were refurbished/reconditioned AND the guards were missing from the box! Price "too good to be true". Bellas ($99)... retail ($169).

This was my first time ordering from this website. I ordered a lace front wig and the color that I've ordered from the company was not in stock, but getting another shipment. I received a text message, phone call, and email. They wanted to know if I wanted a refund, another color, or if I wanted to wait. I told them that I would like to wait and I trust them. I received an email from the company that my order has been shipped and will arrive at my house. I was excited because I got my hair. I appreciate them so much because they went above and beyond to help me out. I will be shopping on their website again....
