***Update***Sanity prevailed and Bellroy have fulfilled their warranty without extra payment. They are good bags and while this was a disappointing process, the outcome was good and I would buy from them again. Well done customer service (finally!) :)

The bags are OK (I've bought five over time) but do not be fooled by Bellroy's warranty! I have a bag that they have agreed to replace under warranty as it is faulty but ONLY as long as I pay them extra money as "the retail price now is more than originally paid". So if the price goes up over time, or you get it on discount from a store, then you have to make up the price difference before they will honour their warranty obligations. Hmmmmm. I wonder what Australian Consumer Law would say about that?

I am always very pleased with the quality of the products, especially the Market Totes. I purchased 3 totes when my city moved away from plastic grocery bags 5 years ago After hundreds of grocery store hauls and dozens of washing machine cycles, they still hold up like new.

It's very apparent that a lot of thought that goes into design and the versatility of products. That they also look stylish and come from recycled materials is an extra bonus.

I have several Bellroy products. All are well designed, high quality items. I purchased my first Bellroy wallet over 10 years ago and it has stood up to heavy use remarkably well. Each order has been delivered promptly and well packaged.

Product quality is great, I've had my backpack for 8+ years and it's holding out really great. I use it everyday for work and I travel with it, it still looks almost new! I love the design and all the little pockets to organize your stuff. I recently bought a carry-on luggage and once again the design and the quality are on point, I know it will last a long time.

My backpack and carryon luggage were fantastic

I’ve got many products from Bellroy as I love their style. Quality is second to none and I’m yet to have anything of there’s wear out. Even the little thin leather wallet I use everyday, that I’ve had for what must be coming up to 10 years now. I highly recommend any products from this company. I’ve knocked 1 star off as the prices are high (what you get for quality I suppose) and I’ve very rarely had any discounts from them. As a loyal customer I’d like to revive some kind of reward that I keep coming back.

So far, I've purchased two Bellroy products, and am eyeing a third. The quality and design are extraordinary, and each one is a pleasure to use. I had a question about the folio, so I reached out to customer support, and was very impressed with the rep's extensive knowledge of the products. She wanted me to be happy with my purchase -- if I wasn't, I could return it. When I leave the house, I always have one or the other Bellroy with me.
