I did my order in October, since 26th November the items have been at Lincoln sorting office UK. It's now 13ty Dec and still no parcel. I contact them and they send me a link to contact us which I have filled out twice, then 24 hours later they don't give me a relevant answer and send me another contact us link! I have given up going round in circles and take my parcel as lost. Will never order from here again and their customer service is automated and useless.

No stars should be an option

Tracking shipped from USA, notification stopped 26 November shipment in Cardiff.
Have emailed both Beloved-ours and shipping@24service, only had automated responses.

Looking at other reviews today it’s obvious it’s a scam

I ordered 4 money boxes in September and have been chasing delivery for weeks and keep getting told to be patient! Apparently they have been in transit in UK for the last 6 weeks, a 200 mile journey I could have walked this quicker! I would really like delivery before Xmas as these are gifts which I believe I ordered in more than good time. Any help would be appreciated as my patience has run out!!

My goods have been delivered and I am pleased with the money boxes but should never have taken 3 months to get here!!

Reading the other recent reviews… I realise I am one of many in a similar position!
Ordered 4 money boxes on 15th October, and for the last month they have been apparently sat in Belfast! Tracking service is useless, there is no way of speaking to a human being at Beloved-Ours (just an automated service)…no reply to emails… no one takes responsibility or wants to help. Appalling customer service!

Absolute rubbish - haven't received my money boxes ordered in October, can't get any answers.
So disappointing

Ordered the money boxes in October and still no delivery. I have contacted the company, Beloved Ours, and also the delivery agent. No reply. Apparently, from the tracking the items are stuck in Cardiff. Do not use this company. No communication at all and more importantly no goods.

This has to be a scam as I ordered 3 money boxes in early November and apparently they are in Scotland the past seven days. Have not been able to contact them or anyone else so I would not recommend ordering of these people.

Ordered 4 wooden money boxes for grandchildren’s Christmas. Ordered in November still awaiting order. Stuck in Belfast according to tracking . Not happy. I should have checked the delivery times but won’t hold out as the reviews shows how long others have had to wait. I just hope they are worth the wait! If they are going to be longer than the expected waiting times some form of communication instead of an email addres should be provided.

Utterly let down by the whole process of ordering the money boxes.
Order beginning of October … still waiting and it’s now 2 weeks before Christmas!!!
Every time I contact them I get put in a whirling cycle of no answers!!! There has been no updated tracking information since the beginning of November, even though it says they are in the local area. Ridiculously frustrating, annoyingly unprofessional and shockingly inadequate. Seems there’s a pattern forming here!!! Never again!

I placed a order on the 30th October. Its now 10th December and my two letter money boxes have still not arrived. I have tried to contact the customer service but they keep telling me its in transit. Very poor service and wish I had never placed a order. Its impossible to get a reasonable response from anyone. They are christmas gifts .

Would give zero stars if I could! Placed an order at the beginning of October it's now December and still not received the 4 money boxes I've ordered. I have emailed many times to see where the order is and also now asking for a refund but their response is 'thanks for being patient the order is on its way' I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I'm still hoping thr order will turn up before Christmas!!

Could someone please give me information on how to get intouch with these people I ordered 2 money boxes for my grandchildren for Xmas 2 months ago and havnt recieved them yet . Absolutly ridiculous

Wish I had read reviews before ordering. Ordered a draining kitchen container mid October. All I have received is tracking updated apparently since November it is in the UK buy no updates since. No contact details it says to contact via the link but that doesn't work. Worst service and company if it is a company because I'm sure its a scam. Avoid at all costs. This site is doing a disservice to others that advertise on social media.

Ordered months ago still waiting as nothing delivered. Although payment got taken straight away! Numerous emails sent only reply you ever get is in transit. Wouldn’t recommend anyone use this company

I am not happy with beloved Ours , because I ordered 7 money boxs for grandchildren back in Oct and quess what still not received at the mo , can't get a straight answer from there after sales team ,.I am fed up.with all.and can't even get a refund because I can't speak to someone about it , very poor customer support ,

Avoid at all costs.
The item is tiny and you get 2 sheets of sticky letters. Takes a long time to deliver says it's coming from USA. Buyer beware.
Update
I ordered through Klarna so I have raised a report regarding their false advertising. Received an email from the seller asking for feedback of my dissatisfaction at their request. The email bounces back saying that email address does not exist. Everything seems off about this seller. Comments cannot be seen on their Instagram profile either.

If I could give no stars that would be great. I ordered the initial money box back at the beginning of Oct. I've messaged & emailed since then & got no where. Just a "be patient" I asked to cancel & said I was going to trading standards & still nothing. Well its arrived today omg it's terrible, it's not finished off properly & it's quite honestly a waste of my money. I only wish I'd read the reviews first. I'm so cross as that's normally what I do. Do not order from them, you can buy them from lots of other sites for much less money too. Plus it's not a UK site
