I ordered five boxes never received them I got the money back from my credit card company. But this company is fake and certainly not based in the UK!

Well finally received 1 out of the 3 money boxes I ordered, what a load of rubbish and certainly not what was advertised. Was told that the boxes were shipped in 2 parcels, no sign of the other 1. They have now told me there was a manufacturing problem and they have cancelled my order so in other words was it ever shipped in the first place. They have offered me a refund, have even been conned out of the full amount of that saying the original order had discounts and free shipping, whats that got to do with me getting back what I paid. What a terrible experience with these people, certainly never going to order from them again

Still not received refund that was promised because the goods didn’t turn up. Same message every time asking me to be patient. Well my patience is running out and this company have not stuck to their word

Still not received order or refund. Getting legal advice as this company must be stopped. I ordered money boxes on 4th November. Disgusting!

I have received 4 of mine and they are awful not worth a £1
They are sharp/flaky/ different colours
NOT SAFE AT ALL
I payed using klarna and can not get my money back

I ordered a money box in early November’23, which should have had my Grandson’s name down the side! It came today and am so upset and disappointed! How can they take money off people for this piece of rubbish!
I have been given small paper stickers to stick on the money box, which are so cheap!
They have been putting me off demanding my money back, and obviously will not get it back now! THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THE RUBBISH THAT THEY ARE SELLING!
Who do I officially report this too, as they should not be in business!

Well,well,well… after 10 weeks the crappy looking money bank has arrived!

I ordered money boxes on 3 Nov.
Today is 12 Jan. They have never arrived.
After several emails to the customer service, who reply with a tracking number and "give it a few days...it'll update soon"
I asked for a refund on three occasions, as my order was far beyond the 30 day money back guarantee. My request was ignored and tracking number sent each time! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE. YOU'LL NEVER GET THE ITEMS AND NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK!

I ordered 5 of the piggy banks. They didnt come from the uk and took weeks to arrive. Then the 5 piggy banks were not engraved as per advertisement. They sent alphabet stickers to add them yourself.. the stickers were all different styles for each piggy banks..

Unfortunately I can’t give them 0 stars or I would.
I ordered 3 money boxes, they turned up after Christmas (despite being ordered in October), in different coloured wood, cheap plastic fronts and with letters I have to stick on myself! The wood is roughly cut and not suitable for young kids, I can’t give these as gifts.
The dispute centre says there’s nothing wrong with them and is refusing a refund.
Absolute scam!
I have screen shotted the conversations and will be claiming through my credit card company.

I ordered money boxes in October. They sat in Manchester for 4 weeks and were eventually delivered last week, after Christmas! I have been asking for a refund for the last 4 weeks. When the product arrived it was scratched and cheaply made. I have asked how to return and the refund process and @24hservice.vip state it matches the order and will not provide me any further information. Complete scam artists!

Ordered 4 alphabet money boxes on 4th November 2023 believing that they were uk based only to find they were coming from America I was kept informed as to where they were until they hit Befast the tracking said they were somewhere in UK I have email this company so many times who said there was a problem, I have asked for a refund but said I cant get one as items have been sent out but they don't know where they are it's now 2 months since ordering and I'm now fed up up of waiting and sick of them saying to wait they will come I have been nice to them and rude at times something needs to be done about this company its disgusting

My money boxes have arrived this morning, nothing like the picture on the site, which I might add there’s no picture of them on the site anymore. As other customers have said there all different coloured wood, little tiny stickers to put their name on. 2 of them have chips out of the wood and they are about 2 thirds smaller than what was advertised…..soo disappointed as they were for my grandchildren , will not be giving them this crap….

After posting about non-delivery of the piggy bank I ordered, it finally arrived today. It is absolutely dreadful - small, shabbily made and with stick-on letters for the name I had specifically asked to be put on the box. I'm too ashamed to pass it on to the recipient as a late Christmas present, because it is so awful. Never, ever buy from this company.

Disappointed!, I ordered 2 customised money boxes and got stickers that I have to do myself. 2 different types of stickers different size and font. Letters are different coloured wood.
Small and poor quality. Took 8 weeks for delivery.

Im so disappointed with the service of this company! I ordered 3 money boxes as Christmas presents on 11th November, I received them today (29th December) when emailing to raise my concerns that I hadn’t received them on a number of occasions I just got an automated email back. They are poorly made, and come with stickers to add your own names. Advertisement was extremely misleading as I was under the impression they would come with names engraved, as when at checkout they ask for the name you would like on the product!!
I hate leaving negative feedback but wouldn’t want anyone else wasting their money with this company!!

Update from my previous review. Still would not rate this company. Order took 2 months to arrive and the money boxes are very poor quality. Save your money and dont use this company.

Just received my money box . Extremely disappointed much smaller than advertised and very poorly made .

Placed my order of Wooden letter money boxes on 13th Nov. Has been in Oxford since 10th Dec. Numerous emails all saying please be patient. Finally arrived today! Wish they hadn't bothered. Very poor quality. Different shades of wood & small stickers that I have to put on myself! I'd be too embarrassed to give them as Christmas presents. Avoid at all costs.
