Recently I bought whirlpool microwave AMW9605IX (Order Number - CRQ775005) from Bemmel & Kroon; I selected to buy from here because of their high quality service and as one of the online shopping partners or Whirlpool as recommended by Whirlpool.nl. I placed my order via telephone and the customer caretaker was very professional and quickly helped in placing the order. The order was delivered right on time and with good packaging. I highly recommend Bemmel & Kroon for your next appliance. 10/10 for their service.

I have ordered fridge, unfortunately, by this store. Once it came on my address I saw it was damaged. The very first thing, right after "Hi", the delivery guys, said to me "It is damaged but we got it like this. If it won`t work you can send it back". First of all, how come you can send it like this to customer that orders and it is paying full price for a brand new product?! Second of all, the communication was terrible.. I wrote in dutch and english few times per day but most of the time I was just ignored. At the first day I accept exchanging the fridge for new one. After whole day! of exchanging e-mails forth and back and agreeing on the date got replied that they do not have it on stock! It wasn`t supposed to be before scheduling the date of deliver?? (just check if there is one on stock?). The product was sent back very next day back with original packaging in order to get full refund but they said that they didn`t receive it for at least 2 weeks... Ridiculous! How come you send product to customer next day but you say that you got it back after 2 weeks?! (or it was just a bunch of lies for me to do not write more e-mails?? When I was calling I got quick answer that as soon as they get it back they send the refund and then back to ignoring me even after I mailed to them twice! the proof of sending it back through the same delivery guys. If I would not be persistent I guess I would never got my money back. To resume after few weeks of stress and NOT having fridge or money to buy in different place, I got my money back and that is only why they "earned" 2 instead of 1 star.. because I got it back after all... (on their site they said that they send money back with the same method that customer paid. In my case was IDEAL so I should get it max. on the very next day.. but I didn`t)
NEVER more I will buy anything in Bemmel en Kroon!

Arrogant, impolite, irritating! Worst customer care ever!

At Bemmel & Kroon Den Haag, they did not want to design the kitchen as we wanted, because "it was not possible". So we had it designed by Bemmel & Kroon Zoeterwoude (Leiden) exactly as we wanted and it is was perfectly possible. We bought our kitchen there in fact.

Then, we ordered an item from Bemmel & Kroon Zoeterwoude, they sent it to B&K Den Haag so we could pick it up.

Long story short, WITHOUT INFORMING US, B&K Den Haag decided to send it back to Leiden. After months of emails and phone calls, we still do not have the item and we cannot pick it up to the closest B&K place.

In summary:
- People working at Bemmel & Kroon Den Haag are very impolite, unable to deal with customers, arrogant and irritating.

We sent a letter to Bemmel & Kroon headquarters to inform them about how bad are the local managers in Den Haag.

Advice:
- Never go to Bemmel & Kroon Den Haag!

Go to Zoeterwoude (Leiden) instead. The employees there are very polite, helpful and work towards making their customers happy.
