Bemmel en Kroon Den Haag

The general service was good but the help from the sales man Herman was excellent. He took the time on the phone to help me out with all my technical questions in English. He really helped me out with making a great choice with my purchase.
On day of purchase, my bank, was having problems with online payments. I called the help desk and she did nothing. I then called the Den Haag store accountant, and she immediately took care of my problems with kindness and efficiency.
I received my Bosch reimbursement immediately from this store too.
I will be coming back soon for my new dishwasher.

It was written that the item is in stock, but it wasn`t.
You offered free installation, but your guy didn`t know about it and tried to add this sum, and after he had to check it.
If I wasn`t so attentive it would be very upset.

Fast delivery, excellent service

First of all, the price was very competitive and the delivery costs were included. I paid an extra EUR 9.50 for them to unpack the fridge and take the packaging away with them, but the store also gave me a EUR 20 discount so, here too, I came out on top. I was able to select the day of delivery too.

I was very nervous about the difficulty of getting an 'American fridge' into my flat but my concerns were ungrounded. The delivery men were super efficient and considerate and made the delivery without problem.
