My family and I have used Benenden for years and for what it costs, it can prove invaluable in getting proper diagnostics in good time which in turn can be used to shorten the waiting times on the nhs.

Been a member since 1994 and can’t recommend enough
Been a member since 1994 and it is a comfort to know that they are there in case I need help. Worth every penny as it is 5* service. My family are also covered by Benenden and I would highly recommend them to everyone that cares about their health. You cannot put a price on your health.

Excellent service !
I was able to book an appointment for the next day with plenty of options for different times of the day. I was also able to choose whether I preferred a male or female doctor. The doctor was very kind, friendly and knowledgeable and i came away from the appointment relieved and informed and very clear on next steps.

Efficient and affordable
I find the Benenden team easy to contact and discuss matters over the phone as well using the excellent app. It is an affordable luxury to have health insurance and it is run efficiently and most importantly service user focused.
