A Continually Recommendable Company For Medical Support
What can be said about Benenden Health? - As always, this is a professional, prompt and courteous service that is a necessity in todays failing National Health process.
I had no difficulty in contacting the right people in Benenden who sorted the approval and connected me with the appropriate medical professional, who not only organised immediate relevant X-rays of my knee but then provided the appropriate medical advice and associated consultation, all in the one appointment.
From the initial telephone call with Benenden, then the Reception staff and of course, right through to the medical team I received prompt, courteous and professional support.
More than happy to continue using this vital medical Supporting Service, that facilitates so many 'fast track' appointments with todays under pressure medical teams.

Great service as, good value for money
I used this service recently as I was unable to get a gp appointment through the mhs despite trying for almost 3 weeks. I used the ap and booked a telephone consultation with a gp the same day and was able to get an evening appointment as I had to work that day which was marvellous. The dr was professional and courteous throughout and spoke and understood English perfectly, this may seem a strange point for a review but this has given me problems in the past with phone consultations. I received good advice and a plan going forward. The dr sent a report to my gp about the consultation. Would highly recommend this great service.

Benenden were very helpful right from my first enquiry. The guidance and instructions to follow were clear. I got to see a Cardiologist much sooner than I would have on the NHS.

Benenden Health is amazing!
Benenden Health is amazing!! I'd describe it as inbetween NHS and private but for a very affordable monthly fee. I'm lucky to live close but I do know people travel great distances to be seen at Benenden. Having had private health cover for many years I'd say it easily equals it as far as service goes but for a fraction of the price! Would highly recommend.

Speedy resolution of health problems
My health issue was dealt with very rapidly and I had an appointment to see a specialist made within two days of first contacting Benenden Health, this appointment being just two weeks later. NHS waiting lists were from 4 to 9 months at that time. The investigation of my health condition was very thorough, took 10 weeks in total, and I'm very satisfied with the outcome.
