Benenden Health is amazing!
Benenden Health is amazing!! I'd describe it as inbetween NHS and private but for a very affordable monthly fee. I'm lucky to live close but I do know people travel great distances to be seen at Benenden. Having had private health cover for many years I'd say it easily equals it as far as service goes but for a fraction of the price! Would highly recommend.

Speedy resolution of health problems
My health issue was dealt with very rapidly and I had an appointment to see a specialist made within two days of first contacting Benenden Health, this appointment being just two weeks later. NHS waiting lists were from 4 to 9 months at that time. The investigation of my health condition was very thorough, took 10 weeks in total, and I'm very satisfied with the outcome.

Very straightforward
From the moment I rang and explained my situation ,I did not wait long to be given the ok to go ahead.It was explained what information I had to get from my Doctor,forward to you,then I was told I could go ahead.Then given three Consultants at hospital near me ,to decide which one I saw.

My experience with Benenden was excellent
My experience with Benenden was excellent but not with Kingsbridge. Making an appointment wasn’t easy and really feel that Benenden need to review their medical secretaries and check if they still work with the consultants and that the mobile number works.

The whole process from the initial call…
The whole process from the initial call to getting an appointment for the consultation and getting an MRI was very quick and stress free.Every person I spoke to were extremely understanding and friendly.
Can I also add a comment after reading some negative reviews I felt I had to add this in Benedens favour - considering what you pay for Benenden cover which is excellent their services are excellent Private health care can cost you apps 3-500 pounds a month and they don’t cover existing conditions where as Benenden cost is nothing compared to what they cover.I totally understand that they can not treat some conditions which are clearly listed in their booklet
