Ben Fold Photography

2nd Update: The company refunded the shipping cost to compensate for the late delivery. Bumping up my rating.

Update: finally received the item 2 days after Christmas. So much for "a Christmas delivery."

This review is for the Ben Folds Photography site. I ordered a signed Luckiest print on November 17, way ahead of the December 6th cutoff for Christmas delivery. December 11th I still had not heard a thing so I replied to the order confirmation. Mike K responded that Ben had just signed the prints the past weekend and they should shipped out that week. 6 days letter, still no shipping confirmation. December 17th, a Sandi responded saying that my order will ship that day and that I should receive a UPS tracking number soon. December 20th, still no traking number. So I emailed back. It is now December 24th, 5:33 pm. Still no package. I would sincerely give it a second thought before ordering one of these prints...maybe if you're not on a deadline but I had ordered 2 weeks before the cutoff and it still didn't help.
