Excellent quality cabinets

Great friendly service, fantastic product. Managed to match in with my existing kitchen perfectly. Would definitely recommend them.

I haven't unpacked I cupboard yet but if it item is as good as the service then I will be very pleased,nothing was to much trouble & delivery excellent.

Very good company ordered 3 cupboard doors when arrived 1 door was damaged in transit I emailed the company they sent replacement straightaway no questions even tho it was not there fault good service

Now I am not a particularly decisive person and I like to check and double check, change my mind and change it back again ... and when the decision is made ... think of something that I hadn’t thought of before and start all over again. Under normal circumstances it would drive anyone mad but Ben was not only tolerant of my constant emails, but also very very helpful. I was undecided about changing a fixed corner post to one that is attached to the door, and couldn’t decide on the measurements as 1mm would have made a difference from a rubbing door to a door that fitted like a glove. I asked Ben what he thought, sent him some images, and as he was an experienced kitchen fitter, he made his recommendation which I accepted and the corner doors fit like a glove!

I had a horrible dark oak kitchen with extremely expensive work surfaces, now I have a bright, clean modern looking kitchen, with the same work surfaces but cream shaker doors and end panels, which visitors have all said that the kitchen now looks amazing, exactly what you want to hear and at only a fraction fo the price of ripping out the kitchen and starting again. I would never now buy a kitchen from scratch and will always opt for replacement doors if I could.

Delivery was very clear, I had an email when the doors were despatched and the courier contacted me before delivery, in actual fact one of the parcels was misrouted and the courier, knowing that I was planning to fit the kitchen the following day, a Saturday, located the missing parcel and traveled 60 miles to pick it up and deliver it to me, now I am not saying that every courier driver would do that for everyone but clearly the courier service that they use employ people that do.

One of the doors was not predrilled but again no problem for this company that prioritised it and sent a replacement door with the holes drilled. All of the doors are of a great quality and look very hard wearing.

After getting quotes from Kitchen Magic for not quite the same amount of replacement doors, also looking at other door suppliers, I feel fortunate that I chose this company at a third of the price of kitchen magic and better customer service then the other door manufacturers I can only conclude that then products and service offered by this company is exceptional and I can not recommend them highly enough.

Excellent quality fitted kitchen products at reasonable prices. Everything delivered on time and very well packaged. Communication and advice was excellent throughout the transaction. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

From start to finish Ben could not have been more helpful which meant that I ended up with exactly what I needed the first time of asking. Good quality cupboard door.
I only needed one tall slim door for a bathroom cupboard and they made an excellent door quickly. It was just what I needed , a lot cheaper than buying a new cupboard.

I received my fabulous kitchen plinths well before the delivery date. I , when I am ready will use this company again.

Having found Benjamin James on Ebay, I decided to give them a try. I was extending the customer's kitchen & opening it up, giving them options that they had never thought they could have due to space restrictions.
The vast choice of carcass & door finish coupled with the fact that they would make virtually any unit I wanted, made it easy for me to give them exacty what they wanted
As Benjamin James were local to me I paid them a visit and was amazed at the time & trouble that Ben Long went to in explaining the options that were available. When the units arrived ready constructed the quality certainly lived up to what I was shown at a price well below others. "Excellent product & even better communication!"

I contacted James via eBay initially and visited his workshop where he showed us all that we needed to know about our new kitchen. He showed us the different qualities together with prices. He also made cost saving suggestions which made a big difference. He has the patience of a saint as we were not easy customers due to our circumstances. In the end we have a fantastic kitchen for less than half price of some of the major retailers who we received quotes from. Very very pleased with everything!

Brilliant Ben has been incredibly patient and kind. He has gone out of his way to help me get it right. He’s even accepted returns when I’ve made alterations Ali g the way.

I love my kitchen everyone has commented on the quality of it.
