The only thing we ask is a little patience: The time it takes for our supplier to deliver the fabrics in the right quantities and for your products to be manufactured by our workshop and delivered to your doorstep. Generally, it takes us 4 to 5 weeks. And if you ever don't want to wait and decide to cancel your pre-order, you can do it at any time.

Hands off! Scam!

I ordered on 11.11.2023 and had to wait weeks for my return. I had to contact customer support several times. I have been waiting for my refund since January. Since then, I have contacted Benklark 15 times via customer service and also via Instagram - unfortunately without a successful refund so far. Hands off!

Luckily I paid with paypal and was able to get my money back. Never sent the product and the website seems to be shut down. Terrible business practice. Also, they have limited comments on their IG page. So you can't tell other people how much of a scam the company is!

Nice looking Merch, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE

I placed an order (# 04569) for their Black Friday sale and sent payment. I started to email customer service in January after their 12.8.23 email stated they were having issues. I emailed once a month to get updates and they responded. On 1.24.24 they sent me an email stating that they had to send their merch back to the warehouse because of defects noticed in their garments.

I was sent a defected item which I arranged to exchange with customer services. They’ve had the item back for 3 weeks and won’t respond to any emails. I’m very impressed with the garments but the customer service is a hit or miss.

Order # 04825 still not received

I ordered for Black Friday after I met an individual wearing Benklark pants which looked top quality. He did warn me that I should allow several weeks to receive my items but it has been 6 weeks now and I sent an inquiry to their customer service weeks ago who responded that my items will ship by December 20th. As of Jan 09th i have no products and my subsequent email for an update on my order (#04825) has received no response. It is such a shame that the service does not match the product. Please provide an actual tracking number which shows uptodate information about the status of an order and improve your logistics. The customer should not be having such an experience when trying to support up and coming brand. Your product will sell itself based on the quality I saw but your service might cause your brand to fold...food for thought

Indeed the delivery of our inventory took much longer than usual to be processed to our warehouse in the US, we've done everything we could to speed up this process.

We therefore will receive the products from this week and will finally be able to ship them from next week.

We indeed faced some logistic issues on these past months, we are currently working hard to increase this in 2024 and we'll be able to guarantee a much faster delivery.

To be transparent with you we've began developing our US based warehouse in 2023 and it took longer than we anticipated which is the reason for the late deliveries.

Also we wish to thank you for pointing out the quality of our products, we are truly putting a lot of effort into it and hope you will be greatly satisfied with it.

We apologize for this inconvenience and we would be happy to find a solution via email to apologize again for this delay.

you have to wait months

I've been waiting months for my order. and every time I contacted them by email:
"We confirm your order will be shipped before X."
or
"You will receive your tracking link in the next few days."
The 10% discount you receive as apologies feels like a joke, when you have to wait several months with poor costumer service.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. They don’t offer any details on your order unless you email and ask, then they respond saying “have trust in us and be patient”. What business responds to a customer saying that. Their website guaranteed 3-5 day shipping and they responded to me that my order would not be shipped until 12/20 at the EARLIEST. For reference I ordered on Black Friday. They did nothing to make it better for me except offer me a discount for my next order….as if I’d order again. 🗑️

No information, very long Lead time

You got information only on request, No updates 4 weeks waiting for another delay, which you have to ask for.

Afterwards they offer you a discount for next order.

Poor service unfortunately.

Love, Love, Love

This was my first purchase from Benklark and it was such an amazing experience. The communication was amazing. I reached out a couple times with questions about sizing and my order arrive in time for the event I needed it for. The quality of both garments was incredible. I’ve received some many compliments. I order again prior to the arrival of my first order.

It was my first time buying from…

It was my first time buying from Benklark and I must say it was all first class service. I was told they would not ship until after the drop which happened on time and I was notified - I actually needed to exchange my original purchase for a different size and the customer service team responded within 48 hours and handled all my questions etc. On top of that the clothing is quality also which helped. I would buy from them again!

For your information, we sell each new edition by pre-order only. This system allows you to reserve your products to make sure you get them. It also enables us to limit our ecological impact by producing what has been ordered, avoiding overproduction and fabric wastage. It therefore generally takes 4 to 8 weeks to receive your order. Our delivery times are indicated on each product page and in our General Terms and Conditions. Please read them before accusing us of being "Losers". We just delivered more than 6000 pre-orders on the last months. People are doing their job here but we can not please everyone, that's why you can just ask for a refund if you don't want to wait your pre-order.
