Ordered arrived unannounced dumped in warm taxi office by Bennetts delivery service only notified by taxi office about parcel as customers complained about stench from box while waiting for cab delivery instructions given which Bennet's & delivery service ignored eventually received phone from Bennet's very polite lady explained had lots of problems with delivery firm but still no refund of meat due .

My order arrived on time & well packaged, unfortunately I had some items missing couldn’t get a reply via email so called them directly and it was sorted out promptly, the missing items were received 4 days later. I’ve ordered several times the meat is very tasty.

The meat was absolutely gorgeous and there is nothing to complain about, however, the post and packing was dreadful. The box was left in the sun (probably,y the hottest day of the year) by the time I got to it, the freezer bag was water. I am in fear of eating the meat, probably be thrown out. Such a shame!

The meat is excellent quality it arrived on time . I live essex and I've now found out you want be delivering to essex any more .so keep up the good work .hope you will find a new company to deliver to essex from Mr Stephen Waites thanks

No communication from Bennet's didn't know when delivery turning up when did his delivery firm decided not to follow delivery instructions tel no supplied delivery instructions driver left in hot taxi office for two days rotten stinking sums up Bennet's &DPD.

My delivery turned up over a day late, warm stinky steaks ruined. Didn't reply to messages

Poor quality meet some not for this country. The bacon is from France

I have been using Bennetts for a couple of years now and the only problem I've had is with the delivery company DPD. I can understand why Bennetts are stopping there great supper Sunday offers it is costing them a fortune refunding missing deliveries

Whole delivery went into the bin.

I have ordered from Bennits before and it was lovely meat, my experience with Bennits butchers, order a week in advance of £160 worth of meat, booked delivery for Friday so I would have the meat ready for a family barbecue on the Saturday, Friday keen with no meat delivery so had to go to Tesco’s to buy meat, I emailed Bennits butchers on several occasion with no answer, I even went through the website and tried to communicate there with no answer. I finally got an answer on Facebook messenger from Mr Bennett who then called me and blamed the delivery logistics for Miss delivery and said leave it until Monday and he will try and find out what has happened and make me happy. Monday, Kay with me having to text Mr. Bennett when then I have a female member of staff asking me if I would like to re-order the meat or have a refund I chose a refund two days later. I text Mr Bennett to say that money has not reached my bank as yet where he sent a text back saying it will be there within several hours which it was conclusion customer service with Bennits butchers is in my mind non-existent.

All my orders have always been good always arrive on time and all the meat and prices are always good. Please carry on with the good work and service. I live too far from the shop to be able to meet Phil and the staff.

Had an issue on the end of DPD who never sent any tracking information (in fact randomly received tracking a week later). As this order was for a 90th Birthday BBQ we were rather worried that it wasn't coming. Rang the shop (Leeds) and spoke to a wonderful lady (I believe Emma apologies if I have that wrong) who through alot of back and forth with DPD providing incorrect tracking numbers was able to find our order, confirm it was en route and find us the correct tracking information. We were then asked if it was okay to speak to the manager/boss who promised us that if anything was incorrect he would personally drive the correct items to us. Luckly everything was as brilliant as it always is and everyone commented how delicious the meat was at the party.

Quality meat and Quality employees!

As always excellent service but for the first time an observation about the chicken on my last order. So many portions the flesh was full of blood, many broken bones and if I didn't know better I would guess the chicken had been despatched with a baseball bat. Not up to your normal standard, however I won't
complain as I know you have moved and set up a new premiss.
