Fantastic experience with Bens Bugs. After spotting a potential wasps nest on our property, they provided immediate advice and came round very quickly. Friendly and professional, they dealt with the issue quickly and explained the entire process so we felt reassured. Would recommend!

Bens bugs came on the same day. Very polite and helpful. They even went as far as teaching me how honey bees work. Really very helpful. As there are lots of small children in the area, I was calm and knew exactly what to expect. Really great service for the fee, as I looked around first and nothing was cheaper. Highly recommended. Very happy with Ben, we have had to use a couple of times and always been dealt with swiftly, professionally and resolved the issue.

I recently called out Ben's Bugs. It turned out that the problem wasn't what I had feared. They could have carried out unnecessary treatment and charged me a fortune, but the lovely lady gave me advice on removing the source of the problem and even refused to accept a callout fee. She kept in touch until I confirmed there were no more problems. Thoroughly decent and honest people - I would wholeheartedly recommend.

Brilliant service and refreshingly good communication from both Ben and Leah. Ben was really professional, returned when he said he would, followed up as much as we needed and was just generally pleasant to deal with. Oh and he solved our pest issue!

Ben has came to ours a few times and he is absolutely amazing at what he does. He is lovely and knowledgeable and friendly. He doesn’t overcharge if anything his prices are more than reasonable and will always tell us if we need it or not. He is tidy and cleans up after himself. We can’t thank you enough thanks for getting rid of the mice 🐁 xx

I can’t recommend Ben enough, he is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and there is no hard sell.
He identified our issue straight away and explained in detail how we needed to resolve it.

Ben & Leah have been amazing every time we call them! They respond to queries quickly and when Ben has needed to attend an issue in person (we’ve had several wasps nest in our garden over the last few years), he’s always come and dealt with things as soon as he could possible get himself there!
