Arrived on time, efficiently cleared my sewer with no hassle, and tidied up perfectly afterwards—thanks a lot!

Original survey completed in May prior to moving into new property in September with original quote unchanged despite us not immediately arranging a 2nd survey to check any potential further issues in the interim due to a hectic few weeks. Fortunately only slight changes in size of displaced joints and increased root incursion, with original quote price unchanged.

For all 3 visits (2 surveys and 1 repair) the team arrived as arranged and issued a detailed report and video for the surveys, with the final survey completed today following the work undertaken this week, the report to follow.

The team were polite and even knocked on my neighbour's door this morning while I was out to check it was still OK to access the manhole in her front garden to clear the rest of the roots for the final part of my run.

Every step of the way the company has answered the questions I have raised and put my mind at rest that the work will not affect the patio, drive and neighbour's garden. It was interesting to watch and learn how the repairs are done from the team on site and good to know that the work done will far outlive me.

Another local drainage company who the previous owners had contacted for a second opinion, did not even have the courtesy of replying to me after I moved in to provide a new quote and answer some of my questions.

I have spoken today with an extremely rude colleague named Richard, we have been awaiting a response for 3m regarding a job. After chasing up and contacting the company directly on the company number, I have spoken with a man named Richard, Richard has firstly told me they have declined the job and there is no paperwork. He then advised there is paperwork but is lost and refused to write a complaint. Then led to say they have not refused the job he is guessing. This is extremely unprofessional for a business of such and I would highly advise against using this company for any work as they are disrespectful, rude and unintelligent. I sure hope other staff members are not as arrogant as some

Brilliant service, came out within 2 hours and solved the problem, the chap had to gain access to the neighbours garden to lift the manhole cover and work from there. Would definitely recommend this firm.

Superb service! Came out in less than 2 hours. Cleared the blockage in minutes and suggested further action to be taken if necessary without digging up half the garden!! Very reasonable price and very helpful and pleasant people to deal with.

Arrived promptly and emptied out the tank, we were lucky and managed to get a cancellation slot. The fella was a really nice guy and their tank emptying quote was the cheapest out of the 3 that we got (this company also had good reviews online).
