Probably the best customer service I've had to go through, would be 5 stars but I didn't receive my order, but the amazing help of their customer service helped me from day one, answered all my questions and went above and beyond for me, also the order I did get the quality was excellent. I had bought here multiple times, but the customer service was always very lackluster. They take up to a week to answer and on the last order they simply didnt send all I had purchased. I was promised they would send the full order, but they never sent it.
I would be very careful with buying larger amounts on this site. The packaging is discrete and quite good though...

I have now used this company for the past few months. I have never had a single issue with this company in any aspect; the shipping is incredibly quick and the stealth is amazing. I was very hesistant at first but now it seems BK is the only place who will truly cater to your needs. The support admin at BK is an absolute delight to do business with and always answers any questions.

I started with a very small order to see if site was legit. Got order within 2 weeks (I'm in the US, so I was expecting longer). Since then I have ordered 4 times. Received every single order all within 2 weeks, so I don't know what other US reviewers are doing. Packaging is very discrete. Very happy.

I had a successful order about a year ago which gave me confidence in making a larger order a couple months ago. They claim this second order was split in 2 and neither ever showed up, so they're 1/3 in my eyes. Support was nice and helped me to get a coupon (as if i'm gonna throw more of my money down the drain). US customs is all over NZ envelopes. The way I see it placing an order from the US is a waste of money with the 33% success rate i've experienced.

I am sad to say that I never received 1/2 of one order and none of the other. I have asked support to either reimburse my money or reship or send products equal to the amount spent.I had numerous conversations with support, especially Jean who was helpful and promising. and yet I am a dissatisfied customer. I had a higher expectation of this company.Maybe, just maybe the company will make things right. I know it is risky shopping on line, but I thought this one was trustworthy,
