Good Company with excellent customer Service

Good Company. I signed up by accident but customer service was amazing and issued a full refund. Overall very happy with the outcome. 😊

Violet has been very helpful in sorting…

Violet has been very helpful in sorting out an issue that occurred whilst trying to purchase my first product . The system crashed before I had chance to read all of the terms and conditions re the 14 days charges to be a member and there was no way to cancel the account application . Violet has assured me that providing I give honest feedback about the lengths she has gone to the help rectify this issue she will cancel the account and refund the money taken in error . If not I will return and update this review . All is all she has been supportive to try and resolve the issue

Very dodgy company!

I received a link supposedly from Screwfix asking me to complete a survey and then was told that I'd be receiving a ratchet set by post and I have to pay £3.95 postage. I did this and paid Beoutdoorpro.com for p&p but I had no idea they set-up my account and luckily I cancelled it (at a cost of £8.95!) just before they took £50 from my card. Very dodgy, avoid!

Edited on 22nd March, they offered me a refund on condition of me updating this review as follows, “To facilitate the refund process, we kindly request your cooperation in updating your current review on Trustpilot. We suggest you write that the problem is taken in charge and upgrade the number of stars (4-5 as a good rating).”

Depending on what happens next, I will update the review again.

Do not bother with this company they…

Do not bother with this company they are a fraud they took money out of my bank no idea what it was for no warning or email sent to inform me just took it and I’m still waiting for it back !! Absolutely theft and it’s only a live chat system where you get fobbed off and told the same crap I just want my money back
